Second stay here. Same level of quality as the first time. Always very friendly and helpful service from all staff. Extremely comfortable bed, especially good for bad backs. Room and property in general is very clean. Love the pool and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor). Will be staying here again.

Restaurant prices were not as advertised on their website. I found this very deceiving. You apparently needed to purchase a ‘forfait’ to get a coupon to havé the advertised prices for table d’hôte menu.

There was an unusual incident, some hours of mess in the hotel, présence of fire fighters and non-stop alarm ringing that affected our stay, especially in the middle of massage treatment, and hotel staff didn't want to take responsibility, because the problem came from the outside! No reimbursement, no accomodation, we have just accepted the situation because we didn't want to ruin our trip.

Notre chambre était petite mais propre et correct. Cependant près de notre chambre dans le corridor, il y avait un micro-onde pour les clients, donc très bruyant. Le bain tourbillon intérieur aurait eu besoin d'un bon nettoyage car beaucoup de mousse a la surface. La piscine tant qu'à elle était brouillée mais a une température correct.

L'eau du spa était trouble, le spa extérieur froid, l'hôtel a besoin de grandes rénovations. Le souper au restaurant très cher et vrai et pas bon. Des pâtes pomodoro (sauce Campbell avec des échalotes). Une cigarette avait été placé dans une plante de l'étage, l'étage était sous un nuage de boucane, le feu aurait pu prendre.
