We park in disable bay that was reserved for us when we went out that evening we were told to put a comb on the place so people new it was reserved but when we came back someone had moved the comb and parked there. They had a disabled badge in the vehicle but they hid the date so I guess it was out of date . We informed the people at the hotel they did try to call who the vehicle belonged to but they didn’t answer the phone so they sorted another space outside the hotel. There was 7 of us 3 was disabled and one was 7 months pregnant. The rooms we had was good. The only complaint was the parking

Staff very nice. Room clean with nise sea view as advertised. Wife is a Blue Badge holder and they reserved a parking space for us. Only gripe is it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel but it didn't have a Smart TV. I brought this up and the receptionist apologised and said they were in the process of upgrading the TVs to SMART, but were currently doing the unoccupied rooms. Otherwise would've given 5 stars for our experience.

Last minute booking. Hotel was really busy and parking was a nightmare. However, the Reception staff were very helpful in suggesting local car parks to try. We had a family room - it was very comfortable and had everything that we wanted. Public areas were cosy and welcoming. This is our new favourite place to stay in Bournemouth.

Superb room (102). Excellent front desk team

The room was great, sea view, very clean. We had to ask for extra bedding for the sofa bed. We asked for two glasses of tap water from bar but no plastic glasses?? The same bar, different staff member, gave us a glass the next day with no issue at all. No veggie option for sandwiches on the menu and bar staff refused to ask chef if it was possible. Disappointing food menu.

We had a fabulous suite - the Prince William suite. Lovely view of the ocean. The room was large and well equipped. The staff were very polite. We had room service breakfast - large amount of food - good quality. Overall 5 stars.

Sarah, one of the check in staff on main reception, was absolutely excellent. Outstanding customer service. The hotel was clean, spacious and perfectly laid out and I had a great stay.

All good. Bit surprised had to extra for car park, £15 very expensive considering paid over £240.00 for one night.

We had a beach view room - truly one of the best views we’ve had at a hotel before. I stayed with my partner and our dog. It was a trip for my birthday - I put this on the booking and when we got to the room they had put out complementary drinks, snacks and a plate with ‘happy birthday’ written on it with chocolate with a few chocolate dipped strawberries and a red velvet cupcake - a lovely touch! Overall a lovely hotel. However two things to note - dogs aren't allowed in all rooms - I called ahead to check before booking and was told dogs are allowed in all rooms, so booked a sea view room. I called to see if we could have the same room for both the nights we stayed (we used vouchers so had to make two bookings) and then just checked that the dog was also on the booking. This is how I found out that dogs in fact are only allowed in certain rooms. The hotel did honour the booking after discussion (I told them I was told we could stay in any room). Secondly, it’s £15 per day for parking (and we were told this was a discounted price) which I think is extortionate - I think parking should be included in the room price. Would stay again, but a few things to be aware of for future bookings!

This was our 4th stay here we always stay when visiting Bournemouth. Clean room offered a sea view very efficient welcoming staff. Don’t tend to eat in hotel as cheaper options in town. On this occasion we did think choice of tea and coffee in room less than we have had previously.
