Room 135, paid £157, Extremely Noisy all night, terrible nights sleep, tired room and not very clean. Was asked if i wanted to relocate at 22:15, totally unacceptable!

This is an excellent hotel. Have stayed here before and will definitely be back. Staff are absolutely amazing, especially Jack and Maria at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. Good selection of hot food. The rooms are large, the beds very comfortable and the rooms have everything you need including a fridge. Complimentary water and I especially loved getting biscuits with the in-room tea and coffee. The gym at the hotel is also excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful venue and rooms were lovely, unfortunately the bed wasn’t very comfortable which was a shame, it looked like 2 divans had been put together to make a king size and there was a hard beam running down the middle of the bed.
It didn’t ruin the stay it was just a bit disappointing for such a lovely place.
However the cleanliness was top notch and I felt happy overall.

Firstly we had to wait at the reception when we arrived to the hotel. It was quite bizarre that there was no one in the reception. Then someone came after a couple of minutes later. For a hotel like this, having only one person at the reception was unusual. Moreover during the 2 days we stayed, elevators were not working so we had carry our own luggage to our in the second floor. There was no one to offer help. I’d also expect such an overly priced hotel to offer bathrobe, slippers or a different pillow option like a stiffer/ergonomic one.
Breakfast was average. There was no fresh bread but toast bread only.
Spa was ok, it was clean and the outside view of the hotel was good, seeing the green land, trees and serene atmosphere were the positive sides

Friendly staff, welcomed me on arrival. I was early so waited in the lounge for check in, and as soon as my room was ready the staff member came to find me to tell me i could check in.
Swimming pool area was clean and a decent size. Room clean and comfortable

The room was clean and generally well maintained. The staff, particularly at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The breakfast itself was very tasty and good quality. There was a reasonable selection of breakfast items. Unfortunately we ended up with an interconnecting room, so despite the hotel being advertised as having sound proof rooms, it really wasn’t. We could hear our next door neighbours chatting and they woke us when they returned home late. The pillows were really uncomfortable so we didn’t get a great night’s sleep.
