とても綺麗なホテルでスタッフの方のサービスも素晴らしかったです。

10日間滞在しました。毎日、ベットメーキングはされますが、シーツは一度も交換されませんでした。

駅から徒歩15分程度で空港行きのシャトルバスがホテルの前に停車する。ホテル周囲には美しい聖メリー・レドクリフ教会があるがその他は何もなく、食事等は少し離れた中心部まで出る必要がある。グレートブリテン号がある埠頭までは歩いて20分程度。 部屋は清潔で広くしかもバスタブ付きでとても快適だった。

インターナショナルバルーンフィエスタのために宿泊 良かった点 　テンプルミード駅から近い イマイチな点 　今回泊まった部屋にはバスタブがなかった 　連泊したが、夜の7時を過ぎてからタオルの補充があった。

It had everything we were looking for

Good location short walk to town centre and Harbour

Breakfast was great and the room was very clean and modern. Lounge was very spacious to, would defintitly come back again was more than impressed

Reception at breakfast was originally very poor, however another staff member took over and treated us very well. I had paid for a room overlooking St Mary Redcliffe Church - unfortunately the glazing on the window was worn and peeling thus obscured the view. Reception staff were wonderful and the restaurant manager was great.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast was perfect with a large selection. Room was large, comfortable and with everything you could want for a city break. Car parking spaces were very large and perfect if you have a 4x4 or van

Great location, lovely hotel, good staff, fab breakfast

Stayed for three nights in a queen size bed room on the first floor. Room had a ‘tired’ appearance overall. Net curtains appeared to be stained with blood or a similar stain, and the main curtain was missing curtain links so didn’t hang correctly. Bathroom was clean and tidy.

Better soundproofing between rooms. Couple next door had an argument at 1 am and woke us up. Corridors quite noisy.

Good hotel in great location

So much nicer on the inside than how it looked on the outside. What a beautiful restaurant too.

We enjoyed our stay at Doubletree. Our room was beautifully clean and very comfortable. The room included a small chaise long as well as a desk chair. Another nice touch was the magnifying mirror in the ensuite shower room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Lovely room, very clean and spacious. Excellent staff and really good breakfast with lots of choice both hot and cold food and drinks available. Parking facilities were also very good

Excellent staff

- one of the bedside lights needed a bulb, - the kettle didn’t turn off automatically, - I think you shouldn’t assume that, just because we haven’t booked an accessible room, that we are all fit and able enough to easily manage stairs, - the bath was slippery and the notice about asking for a non-slip rubber mat was very small, - the restaurant was on two levels, so if one needed to use the handrail on the steps when carrying food, double the number of trips to the buffet were required - our room keys did not enable the lift from the floor below reception, we didn’t have the reception phone number handy, so we had to use the stairs to get the room keys re-enabled, - although I definitely booked this trip with ‘breakfast included’, we were told both at reception and when going into the restaurant the following morning, that we had to pay for our breakfasts. This was eventually corrected, and we didn’t have to pay.

Clean rooms, warm reception. Good breakfast and close to everywhere we wanted to go at the city center
