기차역에서 도보로 이동 가능하고 도심과의 접근성도 편안함. 리셉션의 staff들은 친절하였고, 룸 상태도 양호하였음. 조식은 1층 식당에서 영국식으로 준비되었고 음식의 종류는 다양하지 않았으나, 깔끔하고 맛도 양호했음. 다만, 도로변에 호텔 위치표시가 없어 기차역에서 캐리어를 끌고 찾아갈 경우 초행길이면 다소 어려움이 있을 수 있음.

템플미드역이 걸어가기 적당한 거리에 있고, 강을 따라 걷기에도 멀지 않은 거리에 있어서 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 잘 나오고 만족스럽습니다.

We had a lovely one night stay, the staff were all lovely and really helpful & the room was lovely and clean. And the bed was very comfortable. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had!! And the location was great Thank you

Bathroom was on the small side. Door was narrower than usual

Greeted by pleasant staff on reception. Stayed room only so didn't really interact with any other staff. Room was nice, modern and clean (apart from a sock that wasn't ours under the chair!!) Bed was comfy with nice pillows. Shower room not huge but plenty big enough, and had powerful shower with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Hotel in good location for city centre, often stay here as daughter lives on edge of Bedminster so we can walk there or into city centre

Friendly, welcoming reception staff. Clean and well prepared room. Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom products, plenty towels. Room a little chilly with the heating on max, but manageable. No issues.

The service was excellent. My room was a bit sticky in places-bathroom and remote. Also, bathroom needs some updating around tiles, etc.

Good welcome on arrival thankyou. Checkout lacked petsonal engagement from the member of staff, though was efficient. Good location and amenities- would recommend. Thank you.

Staff was very professional, welcoming and polite. Really good location- walkable distance to train station (5mins) without the noise of trains and city centre is 10 mins walk. Highly recommended.

Will never stay here again, it felt dirty throughout, grubby carpets and worn decor. To top that my shower was cold in the morning. When I told the receptionist she pulled a face and said she would get maintenance onto it. She had no training in how to deal with my complaint

Good stay. Nice room and breakfast decent and everything organised and easy to follow.

Bed was very comfortable, staff was super helpful. Room was large. Breakfast was slightly overpriced, especially if you don't eat the full English.

Ok. The room was tiny. Window wouldn’t open so it was way too hot.

It’s was a great location a few minutes walk from the train station and close to the shopping centre and many other places. Would definitely come back.

Perfectly serviceable place but next to a busy main road without soundproof windows. Room took a long time to warm up.

Heating in the room did not work. Asked if we would like a blanket in a cold room. Said no as did not want to sit with a blanket around me . So they moved us rooms but offer no help to move luggage and they knew my husband had mobility issues which is why we asked for a room near the lift Moved us to another room 3 floors down and at he end of the corridor I appreciate they may not have another room near the lift but a bit of help to move luggage would have helped. Also told to return the old key to reception. So that meant 3 trips along the corridor to return key. Surely they could have offered some help. Girl in reception was not very friendly
