This place was excellent, staff really polite and helpful, very clean, beds very comfortable and huge, gym is well equipped, good selection of food for breakfast, within a 10min walk from restaurants, centre and night life.

Noisy, hidden charges and restaurant closed.
Extraction of some sort outside the window noisy at night time. Car park charges £18 per day ! Ridiculous!! Restaurant closed on a Friday !!!

Reception at breakfast was originally very poor, however another staff member took over and treated us very well. I had paid for a room overlooking St Mary Redcliffe Church - unfortunately the glazing on the window was worn and peeling thus obscured the view. Reception staff were wonderful and the restaurant manager was great.
