Clean room - small but comfortable. Friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast. Good location.

El personal da un trato excelente. El hotel está muy bien situado para ir y venir al aeropuerto (la parada del bus A1 está en la puerta). Como punto negativo, la habitación estaba helada al llegar, no estaba puesto el aire acondicionado. Lo pusimos nosotros pero al ser ya las 9 de la noche a la llegada, tardó mucho en calentarse la habitación y pasamos algo de frío al irnos a la cama y no vimos mantas extra en el armario.

The staff were great, room was ok; what you would expect from a city centre hotel. Rubbish experience with the room next door returning to their room in the early hours, turning their tv on so loud it woke me up (2:30am) and not being able to get them to turn it down for 2 hours. Even with the help of reception.

Stay was lovely, only downside is the rooms are not very soundproofed, would expect they would be for a Hilton hotel. Apart from that good stay

The room was cosey, quiet and peaceful. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. The shower screen was leaky but nothing a towel didn't mop up and the espresso cups were dirty but just cleaned them ourselves

Staff were kind when we came in at 11pm the warm cookie was an unexpected bonus.

Stayed a few times, staff always very helpful.

Very friendly reception desk especially Tom, clean rooms and all areas. We had a snack in the bar which was good. Only slight complaint would be price of drinks in the bar. But we will be back as distance to temple meads was great.

Big parking bays and a 10% discount on overnight parking costs. Bed was comfortable and good shower too.

Great location, short walk from the station. Easy to walk to lots of bars and restaurants Only negatives are that our room overlooked the restaurant tower which made it very dark and that the hotel bar didn’t open til midday

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was pretty basic and our room was clean apart from the drain smell.

Over priced and had to pay £18 for parking

Lovely bar area. Bit disappointed the restaurant not open at the weekend as we had planned to eat there one evening. Loved the cookies!

The room was clean but a bit dreary. Absolutely no sound proofing so could hear the couple next door talking and more. Not terrible but there are better places to stay in the area.
