とても柔軟な対応をしてくれました。

コロナ以前は朝食がとれたのですが、今回はまったくありませんでした。 電気ポットが備え付けてありましたが、中を開けると、ゴミだらけでした。 浴槽はありましたが、栓がないので使えませんでした。 洗面器にも栓がありませんでした。 洋服掛けが一個しかなかったです。

一つ目は部屋の温度管理が全くできないこと。 室内は常に暑くずっと汗をかいていた。治安が良くない地で窓を開けて過ごさないといけないほどである。二度と泊まらないし誰にもお勧めしない。 ホテルのフロントスタッフの対応も最悪だった。部屋へのアクセスの仕方も言葉足らずで意味不明。意味わからないから何度も聞いたら顎で指図されて大変不愉快だった。 テレビ裏も埃まみれで掃除されていない。汚すぎて咳が止まらなかった。

駅に近いのはよかったですが、 とにかくコンディションが悪すぎかと思いました。

バスルームには小さな石鹸のみ。シャンプーリンスボディソープも無い。古びたバスタオルのみ。ハンガーも無いし、デスクに引き出しもない。 何より悲しいのは、お湯が出ず出たら高温ですぐに水になる。日本で3,000円ビジネスホテルでお目にかかった宿。季節は暖かくなってたけどオイルヒーターの調節も出来ないから窓を開けて涼しくした。 4階の部屋は3階までしかエレベーターないから階段で上る。 これがロンドン市内でもかなり高額料金。それはチェルシーのスタジアムから徒歩で行けるから。確かに試合終了後、地下鉄に長蛇の列だから歩けるのは嬉しい。調べるとアールズコート近くにもホテルはかなりあり、もう少し遠くてもそちらを探されたい。

It’s basic, but clean enough for getting your head down, it’s cheap and given the location it’s okay but no more than that.

What a dirty room, windows didn’t lock cos the handles were broken off and left on the window ledge. The walls had foam infill to patch up cracks. The toilet ran constantly all night and the traffic noise from outside was horrendous all night. Other than that it was a real dump.

Adequate for what I need.

I cannot even use the word hotel when describing this dump. It is utterly disgusting. Room was filthy, broken facilities, it wouldn't even rate asca hostel. How environmental health haven't closed this place down is unbelievable. It is a risk to health in more ways than one. Whatever you do, avoid this place.

Vale o custo benefício. Tem estacao de trem a uns 2 min de caminhada,tem pontos de onibus proximo.Mercados,restaurantes, bares,cafés bem perto.Achei a regiao bem segura. O ponto negativo..A Internet é pessima,Extremamente lenta. Pra quem depende de Internet pea trabalhar,precisa comprar um plano. De resto,ok.

À notre arrivée, nous avons immédiatement remarqué un grand canapé « blanc » jauni par le temps à l’accueil, fortement taché, ce qui a donné une première impression très négative quant à la propreté des lieux. Nous avons d’abord été installés dans une première chambre qui était tout simplement désastreuse. Face à cet état, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Malheureusement, la seconde chambre qui nous a été attribuée était tout aussi sale, ce qui a été extrêmement décevant. Le ménage n’avait visiblement pas été fait. Il restait des emballages sur le lavabo, les joints autour de la baignoire étaient jaunis, la cuvette des toilettes était cassée, et sur côté du meuble lavabo présentait de nombreuses saletés. On a pas réussi à se laver correctement étant donné qu’on avait aucun débit d’eau qui sortait de la pomme de douche. La vue depuis la fenêtre est également déplorable, donnant sur des déchets. De plus, les fenêtres sont très anciennes et difficiles à ouvrir ou fermer. Une forte odeur désagréable, probablement liée aux canalisations, imprègne la chambre. De manière générale, tout semble vétuste et l’hôtel aurait grandement besoin d’un rafraîchissement complet. L’ascenseur est extrêmement petit, ne pouvant accueillir que deux personnes à la fois. Le seul point positif reste l’emplacement : l’hôtel est bien situé, avec de nombreux commerces et transports à proximité, et les principaux lieux touristiques sont facilement accessibles en train.

From the main reception, to the lift, to the room, all areas were filthy! The room floors were grimy, the windows and mirrors were filthy and we couldn't open the bathroom door fully as it was obstructed by the bath. The only saviour for our stay was that the bedding and towels looked nice and clean (we noted that they were done by an outside laundry business) It appeared that the room next door was being used by a prostitute, due to the amount of comings and goings and noise from the room! The stay wasn't made any more welcoming when the fire alarm went off and the, I am assuming the manager, told his staff to "get them out of room 207 for smoking or call the police". This was said in front of many hotel guests, not very professional or discreet. Had it not been the London Marathon we would have tried to get another hotel, but all were fully booked locally. I would NOT recommend this hotel

Mouldy, beds were stained, flooring breaking and bad trip hazard, very dusty and yellow stained shower curtains

No light in bathroom only a mirror light which did not work reported it reception just shrugged It was impossible to have a wash ,shave,shower or use the toilet unless door open letting in minimal light Only toiletries was cheap bars of soap no shampoo TV bolted down and ariel cable jointed and hanging loose on floor so no tv Steer clear it’s cheap for a reason

Was not clean. Blood on the pillows, bathroom door didn’t shut, plug sockets didn’t work and no TV. There was tea and coffee but no cups or kettle.

Clean room is a understatement

Dirty and old. Definitly cheap but I wont stay there again.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, highly recommend to avoid.

From a price point in the centre of London, the room was extremely cheap. But it was also extremely tired from a decoration perspective. The walls were very grubby with paper coming away from the walls and flooring lifting. Neither the room or the bathroom were spotless. However, I paid £57 for the room and £27 for the parking space at the hotel for 24 hours. I didn’t feel I wanted to make use of the coffee facility in the room. But the cost included adequate WiFi and a tv. Overall a place to put my head down for a night and parking for £84. Adequate.
