Hotel Lily

看到這麼多網路的複評，考慮很久才預定這間飯店，因為他的地點對我真的非常的方便。第一天看到老舊的設備，真的後悔。但洗了的熱水澡之後躺在乾淨的床上，沒有時差的睡到天亮。 Staff 的服務很好，也很專業。需要什麼櫃檯有求必應。 可以停車 可以寄放行李 櫃檯24小時有人 設備老舊而且簡陋但不會很髒 每天都有人倒垃圾，換毛巾鋪床單 付這樣的房價，沒什麼要抱怨的

Small room Few damages pipe sticking out

Staff was not able to find reservation on Expedia, or was not in their (the Hotel's) system. Waited at front desk at 12:30am for 30 min for staff to try and find the reservation and could not. Gave us a room but it was very inconvenient as there should be no system issues that prevent something that happens daily. We even showed him our reservation email from Expedia. The next day we spoke to a manager and he seemed very un-informed as well. Not sure how we can book a hotel on Expedia and the hotel not have the reservation in their system. Seems a potential large problem. Overall the property was enough to sleep in but not well kept, and staff was rude and not helpful. They do not provide soap or shampoo even when asked. The absolute only good thing is that its close to where we were going to in London...Stamford Bridge. Outside of that, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Esperienza disastrosa: un “hotel” da chiudere immediatamente Non so nemmeno da dove cominciare. In tutta la mia vita non mi è mai capitato di soggiornare in un posto così indecente. Definirlo hotel è un insulto: un ostello, persino un rifugio di emergenza, offrirebbero sicuramente più comfort, pulizia e dignità. Al momento del check-in, siamo stati accolti senza neanche un saluto. Il personale si è dimostrato scortese e completamente privo di professionalità. A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, durante l’attesa della stanza, due agenti di polizia sono entrati nella struttura alla ricerca di un sospetto. Una scena surreale che ha immediatamente alzato il livello di allerta e disagio. La stanza? Un incubo. Sporca, trascurata, fatiscente. A terra c’erano pillole, capelli e sporcizia varia. La finestra, in ferro arrugginito, non si chiudeva: sembrava non essere mai stata sostituita negli ultimi 50 anni. I letti avevano una tappezzeria vecchia, strappata e visibilmente sporca. Semplicemente disgustoso. Il bagno era una barzelletta: una porta tipo stalla, la maniglia della porta d’ingresso che si staccava dall’interno con il rischio concreto di rimanere chiusi dentro. Una situazione a dir poco inaccettabile. Ho scattato delle foto per documentare tutto, ma purtroppo il sito non consente di caricarle. Un vero peccato, perché mostrerebbero chiaramente il livello indegno di questa struttura. Mi auguro sinceramente che un simile luogo venga chiuso al più presto.

We had no electricity we had to go and ask for them to sort this out. My bathroom door was falling off, I had no button on my toilet to flush it. Very small room. The person at the service desk wasn’t very helpful, maybe greet your guest with a smile.

Ich bin ehrlich das war mir das Geld nicht wert so ich war nur 2 Tage dort es war okay aber wenn man so 4-5 Tage in London Urlaub macht dann würde ich schon eine bessere Hotel nehmen das Zimmer war alt das Flur was stickig im wand war nh loch

Great area, and hôtel is reasonably priced. However some updating is needed and our bed was old and not particularly comfortable. We would return though

The window in our room was broken which meant it was very noisy as it wouldn’t shut properly, the sink leaked, the tap wouldn’t stop running and the toilet seat was broken. We had a knife instead of a spoon with the tea making facilities. We had a room next to the lift which meant the noise was excessive from the lift door when it closed. They did replenish toilet rolls and towels and give us extra tea bags when asked. The bed was comfy. The price was good too and location for tube was excellent.

Locatie is goed, prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed.

Basic room No toiletries provided no kettle although tea and coffee were. Which is no good without a kettle

Bad all round just because it’s in central London ok shops near by parking difficult

Where do I begin? First of all, let's take that one star away as this hotel doesn't even deserve that! The car parking is atrocious. Unless you have an original Mini Copper, you won't fit in the spaces. Now for the room. There were doors hanging off the hinges, grease stains all along the walls and floors. Pillows were wafer thin (one pillow per bed). The smell was unbearable and we were bitten by mites/ fleas within the first minute of entering the room. We didn't dare touch anything in the room for fear of succumbing to major illness. For the pièce de résistance: human ejaculacte covering the curtains.

OK for the price.

Whilst it missed All of the Lights, this was a Convenient stay with the essentials, easily situated for Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea

When we arrived they gave us a riom that had nit been cleaned. After complaining we were put in another room. This room wasn't great either. There is mold in the bathroom and in the vent, the bath had nit been cleaned , there is marks all over the walls and we kept finding hair everywhere. Needless to say, we are very disappointed with our stay.

Beskidt, slidt, ingen håndklæder, ingen sæbe, ukomfortable senge, vinduer der ikke kunne lukkes, virkelig dårlig oplevelse

Decent enough place. Did the job bed roof and plug to charge phone. Bathroom needs a revamp Perfect price so can’t complain
