看到這麼多網路的複評，考慮很久才預定這間飯店，因為他的地點對我真的非常的方便。第一天看到老舊的設備，真的後悔。但洗了的熱水澡之後躺在乾淨的床上，沒有時差的睡到天亮。 Staff 的服務很好，也很專業。需要什麼櫃檯有求必應。 可以停車 可以寄放行李 櫃檯24小時有人 設備老舊而且簡陋但不會很髒 每天都有人倒垃圾，換毛巾鋪床單 付這樣的房價，沒什麼要抱怨的

Not sure where to start here, the property itself is discussing, smells damp and mouldy needs a complete refurbishment, the double room was so small that the bed was pushed up against the wall, there's was no working TV in the room, or the room that they tried to switch us to, the bathroom was absolutely horrible, the sink kept filling up until it emptied out into the over flow and that was barley turning on the tap, and the air expelled vent looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever, dust and paper over the bathroom floor, like i said it's the most disgusting hotel we have ever had the displeasure of staying at. My advice stay well clear of "Hotel Lilly".

Great location for our trip to Wimbledon. Rooms were clean and basic . Lots of noise from other guests at night TV was broken and shower taped together with sellotape

Broken shower and the only two sockets in the whole room developed a fault from 11:30 to about 7.30 until it was fixed. No tele ,no tea, no charge phone! Terrible really. Surely your staff should note all the problems in the room and fix them! I have a picture of a dangerous loose wall light. And where is the electric fan placed in the cupboard like even most budget hotels do. They are cheap to buy! Never again! Ive stayed here many times before but this time i had to make do with a broken shower support!

I can’t believe it’s allowed to operate

Great location, easy check in but awful condition. The room was tired and in a poor state. The bathroom was really bad, left you feeling dirtier than when you went in!

Nothing like the photos online. Broken doors. Dirty cups, Mouldy shower curtain. Cramped rooms. Cpuld feel wvery spring on the pull put bed.Lobbys smelt. If it wasnt that we arrived so late at night we would of changed hotels!!

Great location and staff was helpful. Rooms are what you pay for. I would definitely stay again. Cheap and cheerful.

If you're looking for a hotel that makes you appreciate literally every other place you've ever stayed, congratulations! ...you've found it. The bathroom looked like it had been losing a fight against mould for years. The sealant was black, the corners were stained, and the whole room had a "we'll never fix this" vibe. The door frame was falling apart, the flooring by the bathroom looked like it had survived a small flood, and maintenance clearly checked out a long time ago. The highlight of my stay? If I show these photos to my mother, she'll suddenly be proud of the state of my house. The room quality is about on par with the hotel's welcome card, which proudly says "Hotel is not responsbile for valuables left in room." If they put the same amount of care into maintaining the rooms as they did into proofreading, everything suddenly makes sense. The only thing this hotel managed to exceed was my expectation of how much a room can deteriorate before someone decides to renovate it. Would not stay again unless the alternative was sleeping at the bus stop outside.

Worst hotel ever. Vile mattresses, unclean room, blocked toilet. Genuinly it was absolutely vile and I’m just so suprised it’s able to be open

Stuff was not welcome, unprofessional the housekeeping system was not very good because there was no teapot in the room, but there were some cups with no teapot, for the next day they didn’t put any tea and sugar or coffee.

Staff were very helpful, but the rooms need a lot of TLC and cleaning properly

Don't try this hotel for even one minutes even no cleaning no staff managment even they don't know how to talk

The property doesn’t represent the neighborhood. It needs renovation.

Couldn't open the doors properly or sit on the toilet as the bath was in the way. No air conditioning or even a fan the room was like a sauna. The only place cool was the lobby which had aircon but the sofa was very dirty. Not even a vending machine for drinks. Nothing in the room just 2 very uncomfortable beds with lumpy pillows and a small tv which I didn't try. Floors filthy in the room and corridors. The lifts are a joke. One goes from ground floor to second floor. The other goes from ground to first and third. We were on the fourth floor so had to walk up stairs which were filthy. The lifts are the dirtiest I've ever seen. Don't touch any surfaces. We couldn't wait to get out. Really spoilt our weekend in London. Will not be returning.

Rummet var dåligt städat. Fruktansvärt varmt och inte ens en fläkt fanns att låna. Badrummet var mycket ofräscht och delar av badkaret föll i bitar. Ström fanns knappt i uttagen för att ladda mobilen. Viss personal va inte direkt super trevlig.
