Let's start this review with the good parts, you get a room. Now onto the rest of it. This review is purely based on what we experienced in common areas and our room '203' which was a twin room. 1) One of the elevators was out of order, and the other was so small you would be able to fit 2 people max without luggage 2) Didn't take the elevator cause of point 1 so walked the stairs to the 2nd floor, and the stairwell smelt incredibly fusty, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. 3) Got to the room which had a tiny bathroom, covered in black mould with the toilet seat incredibly loose such that when I sat down on it without knowing this, I almost fell off. 4) Poorly kept room with stains on the wall, areas that need filling, a broken mirror with stickers on it, and a broken window. There is also no bin in the room, so if you were to have a drink, or snacks then good luck finding somewhere to put the rubbish after. 5) Terrible mattresses such that when I laid down on it there was no support, and with it having a metal frame underneath, I felt the entire bed frame all night. The other bed was better, but same situation with the mattress, was just lucky it was on a divan base. Needless to say, I will never stay here again, and would not recommend to anyone. But, think it will look good when it's finished.

Room and hotel in general looked neglected. Parts of the room were super dirty and the bed was really lumpy. Staff were nice though.

Lets face it this is an old property, but the bed was clean, the room cleaned daily and clen towels every day (not all hotels do that,) No Bells No whistles a place to lay my head after a long day, that's enough for me.

There were bedbugs in my bed. Once the room was changed, the new room was dirty, the sockets were falling out of the wall, the bathroom had black mould on the ceiling and shower curtain. It was disgusting. I didn’t stay. I felt unsafe. The smoke detector on the corridor was unplugged. This place shouldn't operate.

Molded out crackhouse, tiny rooms with foldout cots instead of beds, literal bloodstain on the wall. And one night the fire alarms went off for no reason at 3 in the morning forcing everybody to get out of the building. Do not stay here.

Room

Very basic room. But you get what you pay for, except shower head broken had to hold it whilst in shower . Needs a good clean and painting looks dated. But reception staff where very helpful

Hôtel complètement désastreux, un hôtel qui devrait fermé ses portes aux publics pour toujours, ne surtout surtout jamais aller la bas, portes qui ne ferment pas, fenêtres cassées, Punaises de Lit, tête de lit brûlée, couette tachée, murs abîmés, troués, et sales, le personnel est mediocre, hôtel a fuir si vous voulez restez en bonne santé, nous allons saisir les services de l'hygiène accompagnés d'un avocat et faire fermer cette établissement.

I understand this was a budget room but it was a hovel. The place was filthy. We had bed bugs on one of the beds. Bathroom was filthy dirty and the door was totally broken. Cracked tiles in the bathroom and just plain disgusting. Half the lights didn’t work. Floor was dirty. Curtains dirty. Room needed a new coat of paint. You could smell marujuana on the lobby floor. Pictures on website totally misleading. TV didn’t work. Even if this is a budget hotel you deserve to have a clean room. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Gaten zaten in het plafond. Vloer lag allemaal los. Bedden, kan je geen bedden noemen. De veren prikken in je rug. Locatie is wel prima als je naar chelsea wil.

Nok sidste gang jeg skal på det hotel, gamle beskidte senge og væge var fyldte men gammle et eller andet, badeværelset var beskidte og badekarret var løst

I have stayed at Hotel Lily many times since the days when the Earls Court exhibition centre was at its busiest. The exhibition centre has long gone but Hotel Lily remains. It has always been legendary in its simplicity and grubbiness. It has appeal for a good location, a Tetris style car park and zero frills. It used to have a good basic breakfast and the car park was free to hotel users. There is no breakfast and the car park needs paying for (about £24 for a day). Don’t get me wrong we like Hotel Lily, but don’t book here and criticise the tired rooms. The bed and toilet were clean so there is some basic facilities. There was coffee sachets, milk and teabags (no kettle) and two small bars of soap (no shower gel or shampoo). Best of all there was a bath. All in all it is a gem that locals know of, which may one day get a fabulous clean and refurb. For now appreciate it is cheap and okay for a one night stay. No space to swing a cat, but fortunately cats are not allowed.

basic for a London 3 star hotel. Facilities are old and some require a bit of investment. Shower pole was damaged and the toilet extractor wasn't working. Bathroom tiles quite old. But is was clean and comfortable.

SUCIO, MAL ESTADO.

Hotel sucio desde que pones un pie en la entrada: el sofá del lobby está mugriento, el ascensor da asco y las habitaciones están en condiciones inaceptables. Paredes manchadas, cortinas descuidadas, baño sucio y deteriorado. La bañera tiene acumulada tanta mugre y restos de jabón que representa un peligro real de resbalón. No hay teléfono en la habitación para comunicarte con recepción —algo que debería ser obligatorio en cualquier alojamiento mínimamente decente. Durante toda la estancia no se realizó limpieza alguna, algo totalmente inaceptable. No entiendo cómo Hotels.com puede tener este hotel en su listado. Es una vergüenza que ofrezcan un establecimiento en estas condiciones. Me siento totalmente engañado como cliente. Este lugar no cumple con estándares básicos de limpieza ni seguridad. Exijo el reembolso total de mi dinero y que se tomen medidas para retirar este hotel de su plataforma. 🚫 NO SE ALOJEN EN ESTE HOTEL. Es una experiencia pésima y una falta de respeto al cliente. The hotel is filthy from the moment you step in. The lobby sofa is grimy, the elevator is disgusting, and the rooms are in unacceptable condition. The walls are stained, the curtains are dirty, and the bathroom is filthy and poorly maintained. The bathtub is so full of soap scum and grime that it becomes a real slipping hazard. There is no phone in the room to contact the reception — something that should be mandatory in any decent hotel. During the entire stay, no cleaning service was provide

Sheet not even cover the bed, room really dirty, socket come off from the wall, no spoon to stir your coffee/ tea no glass in the room. Only 2 plug in the room for tv and kettle

Inte rent alls, fick be personal tvätta golvet igenvid inchecking. Väggarna va smutsiga, mögel i badrummet, listerna va sönder. Badkaret va smutisgt och drapperiet hade mögel på. Ett fönster var sönder och det gick inte att stänga. Wifi funkade inte vissa stunder under dagen. Det fanns typ en ambulans parkering vid hotellet så hörde ofta under kvällen och natten en ambulans som åkte ut. Personal var mycket trevlig dock och det fanns service 24/7. Mycket nära till tunnelbana och det fanns en buss station precis på andra sidan gatan. Enkelt att ta sig till och från centrum.

Shower curtain covered in mold. Bed was like sleeping directly on the springs. Incredibly noisy from cars and people on the street. Staff was friendly though.
