Great area, and hôtel is reasonably priced. However some updating is needed and our bed was old and not particularly comfortable. We would return though

The window in our room was broken which meant it was very noisy as it wouldn’t shut properly, the sink leaked, the tap wouldn’t stop running and the toilet seat was broken. We had a knife instead of a spoon with the tea making facilities. We had a room next to the lift which meant the noise was excessive from the lift door when it closed. They did replenish toilet rolls and towels and give us extra tea bags when asked. The bed was comfy. The price was good too and location for tube was excellent.

Locatie is goed, prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed.

Basic room No toiletries provided no kettle although tea and coffee were. Which is no good without a kettle

Where do I begin? First of all, let's take that one star away as this hotel doesn't even deserve that! The car parking is atrocious. Unless you have an original Mini Copper, you won't fit in the spaces. Now for the room. There were doors hanging off the hinges, grease stains all along the walls and floors. Pillows were wafer thin (one pillow per bed). The smell was unbearable and we were bitten by mites/ fleas within the first minute of entering the room. We didn't dare touch anything in the room for fear of succumbing to major illness. For the pièce de résistance: human ejaculacte covering the curtains.

OK for the price.

Whilst it missed All of the Lights, this was a Convenient stay with the essentials, easily situated for Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea

When we arrived they gave us a riom that had nit been cleaned. After complaining we were put in another room. This room wasn't great either. There is mold in the bathroom and in the vent, the bath had nit been cleaned , there is marks all over the walls and we kept finding hair everywhere. Needless to say, we are very disappointed with our stay.

Decent enough place. Did the job bed roof and plug to charge phone. Bathroom needs a revamp Perfect price so can’t complain

The only good to say is about the location, good connection by bus, 15 minutes to Natural History Museum and others. The hotel is old, dirty walls, carpets, and beds with mattress in bad condition. The toilet had rusty bath, broken tiles and a hole in the wall. Two lifts, but one out of order and the other one with sticky paper in a couple of buttons. We will not recomend, because is not expensive but it is a not memorable at all.

It is a good price for the location which I am OK with but, it needs a good cleaning and done proper maintenance.

Very dirty hotel the bathroom was terribly stinky very dirty mould and dumped the bathroom door was broken. the kettle was rusty no facilities, very noisy around and no air conditioning and smells dumping. Helpless staff

Sucio. No limpian las habitaciones ni el baño en los cinco días de estancia. No cambian sábanas ni toallas. Viejo, sucio, manchado. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Es el peor hotel en el que me he alojado en mi vida

I should have stayed in my van as that was cleaner and more comfortable. The hotel was disgusting. I advise anyone who is thinking of staying there not to.

This hotel will provide you with the essentials, reasonably priced. It offers friendly staff and a stay in the beautiful W14 area where possibilities are endless.

Unfortunately the price didn’t match the quality of the room. The lift has clearly not been serviced in a very long time. Duck tape over some of the buttons really summed it up. The room itself was small and unclean. The bathroom specifically was covered in dirt. I went to use a mug in the room and it still had tea stains on it so had clearly not been cleaned. The walls were very thin so you could hear all the other visitors.
