The staff were very kind.

市内の中心部でどこに行くにも便利です。 メゾネットの部屋に泊まりました。部屋は清潔で概ね快適でした。 エアコンが壊れていて、その旨を伝えたところ、部屋を代えるか、扇風機を提供するとのことでした。 チェックインのときから知っていたようなので、初めからエアコンが壊れていない部屋に通してもらえればよかったと思いました。

Staff really nice and helpful room great, bar empty and disappointing.

Room was a little shabby with a number of maintenance requirements (sockets not working, sink blocked, toilet constantly leaking from cistern). The main bar had no beer or wine at 1030 in the evening. Staff were generally apathetic and the dining room was like an 80s works cafe. The lifts were only partially working. All a bit run down and tired for the price point. Oh and the room was a ridiculous duplex with a very steep spiral staircase down to the bathroom.

The room was cold, we tried to turn the heating up but it didn't work. When w got in late after a gig it said heating was controlled centrally but if there was any heating we couldn't feel it and we were shivering. Friendly staff on the reception desk but the late night bar attendant was really unwelcoming . There was no draught beers and when w asked if there was we were told NO. There was no red wine apart from a little bit in the end of a bottle and he spoke like I knew there was nothing left( no explanation) People left the bar saying thank you and bar tender didn't even acknowledge them he was downright miserable. We have stayed here before because we liked it and it is very central but left a bit disappointed this time. Plus nothing in the rooms advising on what food is available and no info about the wifi connection which would have been helpful.

Room was clean although I was given a corners room .. My luggage was heavy so the headmasters room should be the last preference. Hotel is very centrally located in the city center with lot of options to eat nearby

It the second time in a row that I’ve been placed in a disabled friendly room. If these room are offered, it would be nice to know before hand, so an informed choice could be made.

Couldnt fault the hotel! Super friendly staff, great location, room spotless and comfortable Only issue was a 'private party' that was being held in one of the bars in the courtyard. It went on until 2am and was really loud and noisy outside our window. Not the hotels fault at all but it did mar our stay especially it being a Sunday night / Monday and we went for a relaxing break away before the chaos of Christmas! Would stay again for a city break as everything was in easy reach, but maybe not for a relaxing break away

Warm, friendly, welcoming greeting at reception, room cosy warm and spotlessly clean, we loved how the old building has been preserved and encompasses the new. I did have to bring our own Oat milk as its not provided by the hotel, breakfast very tasty and quality ingrediants, staff friendly and helpful,

Room waa spotlessly clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff seemed understaffed but still managed to be efficient, friendly and polite. Great location
