Everything was great, except the shower! Was absolutely boiling. Didn’t get a chance to inform the staff but otherwise the hotel is great, I would stay again.

clean, efficient, spacious, and most convenient. An excellent to stay a couple of nights in Sheffield town. I espcially like the spacious room and high ceiling and the lively little bas overseeing the Leopold Square.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful, made to feel very welcome. A nice building in a top location. Room spotless, bed super comfy, good bathroom and shower. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of choice, very nice eggs and sausages good quality.
Yes some noise from bars near bar but minimal for us in 104 slept right through not a problem. Would definitely use this hotel again.

We were given a room upgrade which was nice however that room turned out to be extremely noisy. It was a bank holiday so understandable during the afternoon and night time but the music went on until 2am. There was also an issue with the bath, the plug was stuck so we could not drain the water. The parking situation is a bit strange and rather pricey too.

Our stay was OK. The surrounding area is noisey late into the night. We were placed in the basement, and initially our second room smelled of smoking and not great. The fantastic staff were understanding and did move us with no problems.
Parking is a bit of an annoyance. We had to park a short walk away. The suggestion was that the hotel had a beneficial rate (it doesn’t). It is the same as if you just pulled up. There is a car park that is closer (the NCP) and marginally cheaper (save a £1 overnight).
Overall - we will probably look elsewhere next time.

Great location and pleasant hotel. We had a room with a mezzanine, looks great but not good for the middle of the night when you need to go.... Stairs could definitely do with luminescent strips on each step to help to see where you're going without waking your partner.
Breakfast was a good choice.
