Room neglected. Front door did not close properly so I had to use the keychain for safety. Dont order room service; took over 1.5hrs to recieve only a portion of chips and calamari, which was vile. I sent straight back.

Was lucky to have a room upgrade. Julia on reception was lovely, helped me carry my bags to the room, which was enormous. Nice selection of tea/coffee and biscuits. Would definitely stay again.

Same problem as they’ve had for many many years unfortunately. Lack of investment from the parenting company. Vomit stains on the carpet, no heating in single glazed bedrooms. Elevator is out of order. Guests knocking on doors at 1 AM waking people up because they think it’s funny. Not a good experience all the way around. I have a lot of sentimental attachment to the Dunk but I think this may be the last time I ever stay there unfortunately.

The room was not worth what I had paid for it looked really nice but the bed sheets were dirty and had a radiator in the room that didn’t work at all they said they couldn’t do anything and then me and my partner went to spa and the water wasn’t wasnt warm at all it was freezing cold and idk what I’ve just paid for so I left around 11 pm if a refund is possible please help

Staff very courteous. All rooms clean and warm. Excellent evening meals. So-so breakfast. Need for overhead shaver lighting in bathroom. Unable to clearly see to shave. Special thanks to maintenance for speedy repair of plumbing fittings under bathroom sink. Disappointment on one day wait for replacement hairdryer. Communication problems between reception and housekeeping?

Reception staff were excellent, they dealt with 2 issues we had very professionally.

Room was very nice and plenty of room to move around. Nice looking grounds around the area. Good service on the whole!

No hot water

I was given a nice room at the back of the hotel , but the radiators did not work, it was freezing. There was a small mobile radiator, that did nothing to heat the room. Also there was no telephone either. As I was staying 4 nights ,they did upgrade to a better and warm room.

Was given wrong type of room on arrival, free upgrade was satisfactory, staff were very helpful

On my arriv the reception gaveva welcoming greeting .My signingvin was strieght forward and good communication. My room , bed linen and towels are Scrupulously clean and very comfortable , Lovely presentation abd lovely furnishings, everything i need. The staff in every category are so friendly and always give a greeting. Nothing is too much trouble. My stay has been a a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I havecstayed many times over many yrears abd always had a wonderful timevhere and i can truly recommend this hotel.
