中心地、地下鉄の駅からは少し離れてますが、ビッグベンも散歩圏内でコスパの高いホテルでした。

Right by Thames River. Can enjoy jogging by the river. Food was also great. Room was stylish and clean.

値段対比そこそこです。部屋は十分広く快適でしたが、アメニティやサービスはふつうでした。

とてもきれいでした。お掃除が行き届いていて毎日のベットメイクもしっかりしていただきました。 また、子供がいたせいかスタッフがとてもフレンドリーに対応してくださり、居心地がよかったです。 朝ごはんも毎日おいしくいただきました。 駅から近いとはいいがたいですが、テムズ川沿いを散歩して繁華街にいけるのでよかったです。

Excellent location for traveling with families. Very close to a lot of the attractions you want to see while visiting London. Hotel is very child friendly.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, kurze Wege du den Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie zB Big Ben etc. Frühstücksraum könnte einwenig größer sein, wartezeiten muss man in Kauf nehmen. Auswahl beim Frühstück egher klein, allerdings ist es auchreichend. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, hat alles Top funktioniert. Anbindung an die Bus/U-Bahn sind sehr gut

Stayed with my husband and our 12 year old and the hotel was great. We were able to walk everywhere and the restaurant at the hotel was really convenient on the days we didn’t want to go out for dinner. The room is spacious for Europe standards and the hotel was very clean. Would stay there again!

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Short walk to the underground and was relatively quiet for a city break.

The property was in a good location. Was needing some minor maintenance attention and just some freshing up in the hallways primarily. The breakfast was fantastic and provided great value for everyone in our group.

Unfortunately, I was unable to visit the Novotel London Waterloo due to an unforeseen fire at the airport that prevented me from flying. Despite the situation being entirely out of my control, the hotel handled it poorly and showed no understanding or flexibility. They refused to issue a refund, disregarding the exceptional circumstances. Based on this disappointing experience, I would rate the hotel zero stars. If you're planning a trip to London, I strongly recommend considering other accommodations.
