Nice, clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was solid. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was excellent. Food was really good, great breakfast as well. Very conveniently located. Highly recommend this property.

Staff were very pleasant and polite and very helpful. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and loads to choose from cooked breakfast to cereal to fresh fruit and bread. Room was excellent and beds were very comfortable had a very good sleep. Only issue was the dust in the corridor on level 2 from the work being carried out got on you chest. Very pleasant stay and would totally recommend this hotel and we will be staying again.

Couch bed was kinda uncomfy, ac didnt work as well but overall it was pretty niceand very close to the places we visit.

It was an awful eperience staying at Novotel waterloo. I spent £410 for an night. We checked in very late night around 1:00 AM. When I entered in the room it was very disgusting smell coming out of toilet and bathroom. so I called reception then the lady came with the room freshner. We couldn't slept for whole night as it was so hot because air conditioning wasn't working at all. Kids were crying for the whole night. Worst ever experience. I stayed with alot of different Accor brand hotel but this time it was that bad that won't be going with any Accor brand hotel. I told at the reception about everything and they apologies.

Need to add more selection for breakfast. Perhaps an omelette eggs .

Clean room with separate shower room and water closet. Delicious breakfast. Limited shops nearby but have more options 15min walk or short bus ride away

The hotel was in a good location. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a very good selection for breakfast. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Only complaint- got a very small bottle of Schweppes slimline tonic at the bar. It was outrageously priced at £5.40!

Generally good hotel. Bus stops close by. Not a lot of amenities. Far from the airport.

Bar had good selection, food was good, staff were helpful and friendly, only problem always we had a room for 3 and the room had a double bed, with a couch bed, BUT with 2 angle mattresses in which kept coming apart

Great spot to visit Westminster from a 20-30 minute walk from north lambeth tube with kids. Room was clean and in good condition. Complimentary refreshments tea etc was not replenished and then it was strangely difficult to get more. Went to reception and was given 2 tea bags and then a chap brought sugar to the room but then no milk.
