The hotel was okay. Shower door won't close all the way, shower drain clog resulting in backup an water all over the floor to the carpet. No maintenance person is on duty at night so we are dealing with wet carpet floors. The next day, they did fix the drain but not the shower door. The carpet was left air dry and the whole room stinks all night. It wasn't a pleasant experience just a poor customer service. Other than that the hotel is okay.

The hotel’s location was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from Waterloo Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around London and sightseeing. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was below expectations, with limited variety and quality compared to other hotels in a similar price range. The room layout was also quite unusual, with the toilet being completely separate from the sink and shower. While this may suit some guests, I found it impractical and less convenient for everyday use.

The location was amazing, proximity to all modes of transportation! Our room had everything we needed along with a great view of the London eye! One of the staff members even helped me download an app for public transportation, which really helped us as first timers to London! I would highly recommend this hotel!

We would stay there again. It is a little removed from sites but reasonably priced. We enjoyed the restaurant. There were a couple of cafes nearby. Transportation was about a half mile away.

La propiedad está situada de manera conveniente muy cerca de Westminster, London Eye. Lo recomiendo muchísimo si vas con niños. Es un hotel que no te defraudará. La relación beneficio costo es 10/10. Yo pasé 6 noches allí con mi esposa y mis 3 hijos, la zona es muy segura y hay habitaciones con vista a Elizabeth Tower, ( Big Ben). El desayuno para adulto incluye uno para niño y de verdad es suficiente y es bueno. Repito muy buena relación beneficio corto. Gracias Novotel Waterloo. Casi todo está a distancia caminando, incluyendo Buckinham palace.
