Didn’t have breakfast but had a few drinks at the bar, service is very very quick and staff couldn’t accommodate enough, the lady behind the bar was very polite to me and my partner too and room service was quick. Only thing I will say is I think parking charges in the hotel are a bit harsh as you pay money to stay so parking should be free! Coming back in February for our son’s birthday.

Clean room. Good buffet breakfast. Available transit and/or walkable to major tourist attractions.

Schönes Hotel mit netten Personal, kinderfreundlich, gute Lage

Frühstück ist sehr eintönig. Kaffee nur aus einem Automaten anstehen von ca. 15. Minuten obwohl ein zweiter vorhanden war. Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich! Wirkt oft unkoordniert.

The hotel is very well located, with a bus stop right outside that takes you directly to Soho, which was extremely convenient. Check-in was fast and smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised to be accommodated with an early check-in. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Overall, our stay was perfect and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, im Novotel Waterloo London zu übernachten, und mein Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Der Service war herausragend – das Personal war nicht nur äußerst freundlich, sondern auch stets hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Das Hotel selbst ist makellos sauber, was für mich immer eine Priorität ist. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten und ideal für Erkundungen der Stadt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, und ich fand das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überragend. Ich kann das Novotel Waterloo London jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und komfortablen Aufenthalt in London sucht. Definitiv 5 Sterne!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen haben uns die angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel sowie die gute Lage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Hôtel très bien et très bien situe

Ankunft um 14.30 - bis zum Einchecken um 15 Uhr gingen wir noch an die nahegelegene Themse. Zimmer passend für 3 PAX. Abends an der Bar war es angenehm. Gerne wieder. War ein toller Ausflug und das Hotel liegt super.

Alt var godt
