海沿い、またショピンセンターまで近く、アクセス良好。

暖房エアコンが壊れていて、めちゃくちゃ寒かった。

◾️Location For Disney cruise line, I stayed this hotel one night. In order to go to port terminal, you can walk about 10 mins. It was very convenient ディズニークルーズラインに乗るために、こちらのホテルに前泊しました ターミナルまで、歩いて10分で行けます このホテルがターミナルまでの距離が1番近いホテルでした　クルーズラインの出航場所は変わると思いますが、2024はこのホテルが1番近いです ◾️Around shop Near this hotel, there is a supermarket. You can buy food, water, beer. On Sunday it was close 5pm ◾️equipment Room is large. it was nice.

Great stay

Very good hotel. Thevroom was clean and the staff were lovely. The only diwnside was the rooms were very hot with no way of altering the temperature. Even though itbwas -4 outside, wr had to keep the windows open just to make the room comfortable

None only cleanliness of hotel stay staff communication was limited

Convenient for the Cruise terminal. We got a short taxi from the hotel to the Terminal. Easy walking from the hotel to restaurants and shops. Nice gym and nice hotel

I didn't have breakfast but as a hotel it was convenient location, very well laid out room with everything. Also enjoyed the gym and swim facilities. The reception staff very friendly and helpful

We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel. This is a great property for a stay before our cruise departs

Very friendly staff

Good hotel in a convenient location near the town centre and station. Enjoyable short stay. Helpful staff. Nice room with comfortable beds, mini fridge and water provided as well as the usual tea and coffee but cleanliness could be better e.g. there was a hair in the bathroom and drink stains on the tea stand. The breakfast is overpriced for what is offered e.g. no variety of milk and the hot food, cutlery and crockery frequently ran out, low quality of 'fruit' juice, low quantity of fruit. However, I only had breakfast once so it's possible that this is not the usual standard.

Lovely room and very friendly staff

Room was spotless. Loved the swimming pool and sauna. Very easy to get to Southampton train station and airport, making it a convenient venue for a conference.

The room they gave us is a room they also use for meetings. Wasn’t happy. Bed hard. Room basic. At £18 each we decided not to have breakfast. Be aware, car parking is £12 for the night you stay but £20 per night if you’re leaving your car longer.

Room was so hot even with the windows open felt like you couldn’t breathe. TV volume was set to 23 wouldn’t gonna higher. Phoned reception and got told all TV was set to this. So two people with hearing problems this was a very big problem.

Friendly staff excellent breakfast and great central location

We didn't book breakfast with our stay. The lady at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. She looked after us. It was wonderful. Our stay was quick .. one night to head off the next morning for a trans Atlantic cruise.
