とても良いホテルでした。 私の病気のため、スタッフにはお世話になりましたが、気持ちよく対応していただけました。 お部屋もきれいでとても満足でしたし、 海外では初めて冷蔵庫の飲み物がフリーなど、 サービスに気を使っているのを感じました。 値段もロンドンの半額のイメージですね。 そして日本人スタッフのさゆりさんにはとても感謝しています。 日本語で対応して頂いただけではなく、ホテルスタッフとして行き届いたサービスでした。 病気で不安な中、親切に対応してもらえて本当に救われました。 どうもありがとうございました。 バースに行かれる方にはおすすめのホテルです！

Clean rooms , great staff and spa.

This hotel is a guilty pleasure when I come home to visit my family - love this hotel. I'm not sure why but the litter in the streets of bath seemed out of control but this nothing to do woth the hotel. Looking forward to my next stay here!

Lovely staff

Such a delightful hotel, has been wonderful for my recent couple of stays. Friendly and proactive employees, gorgeous rooms with the comfiest beds, tasty breakfast, PERFECT location.

Hotel was lovely, staff were great. Breakfast disappointing. I don’t mind paying a premium for something if it’s really good but it wasn’t. I like my bacon crispy but it was extremely overcooked. Eggs Benedict - average. Rest of the stay was lovely though

The thing that really stood out was the very smiley staff,faultless hotel Reception staff were very smiley, But the overall winner of the smily competition were the ladies at breakfast Absolutely amazing hotel

Very clean and welcoming. Spa is rather crowded during the hours when guests allowed but the treatments are excellent.

Great place, spa too crowded, could be updated

The spa was very nice, but the baths were only open free to hotel guests between the hours of 8-10 am and 7-9 pm, which was difficult to schedule around breakfast and dinner times. It cost 70 pounds (about $95) to use the baths for 2 hours outside of these two time periods unless you booked a spa treatment, which were very expensive. This restriction should have benn made more clear when making a reservation. Had I known this, we likely would have stayed at a less expensive hotel and booked time at the Therme Spa, which cost 42.5 pounds for a 3 hour session and has more extensive bath options.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and clean comfortable rooms. The Spa was superb, my husband and I had a couples massage. Best we have ever had. The thermal bath in the Spa was amazing as were all the Spa baths. Hotel is in a great location to walk to all the shops and attractions. Look no further book this hotel!

I was not given what the hotel was supposed to. A pipe was broken and thermal water didn’t get into the room. Staff while checking in, was joking about it. There was no privacy while in the room, a guy from the staff, did not ask before entering the room to deliver some things. He just use his key and opened the door. I was changing clothes. The thermal area was not clean. I asked for room service and food was not good and took long time to deliver. Very disappointing.

Lovely stay in excellent location. The spa is amazing but be aware can only be used before 9am and after 7pm which is a shame

I expected better breakfast for the price and more options. There was not single veggie available for breakfast. It was very limited and poor quality.
