ソフィテル ミュンヘン バイエルポスト

誕生日数日後の宿泊だったので、チェックイン時に部屋をアップグレードしてくださり、さらに部屋にシャンパンも用意いただきました。 スタッフの皆さんが温かかったです。

朝食のスタッフがミュンヘン料理の食べ方を教えてくれて楽しいひとときを過ごせました。ダンケシェ

とてもスタイリッシュで素敵なホテルでした。駅からも徒歩1分という感じで、めちゃくちゃ便利でした。ヨーロッパの大きな駅でよくある治安の悪さは全く感じることなく、快適に過ごせました。是非是非おすすめです！

立地は中央駅の真横で私たちのスケジュールには便利で部屋も広くよかったが、 浴室、水回りは機能的ではなく電球がきれている、ウォシュレットとコーヒーマシーンも壊れているなどハード面の問題点が目立った。

Overall it was good, but I was disappointed that there was no bathtub.

ミュンヘン中央駅からとても近く、アクセスがしやすかったです。今回は荷物が多かったのですが、駅近でとても助かりました。 帰りはキーを返却ポストに入れるだけですぐにチャックアウトできました。 帰り際にお水もいただき、細やかな気遣いがとてもうれしかったです。 部屋もとてもきれいで快適。部屋のトイレにはウォシュレットをついていて驚きました。 次回、ミュンヘンを訪れす際にはまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

部屋：綺麗ではない。毎日清掃には来なので、汚れたプレートなど置きっぱなし。テーブルも拭きません。 ルームサービス：全然美味しくない カフェ・バー：雰囲気はOK。 スパ：マッサージはとてもよかったですが、どのメニューかも聞かれないw レセプションスタッフ：笑顔で好印象。 ディポジット：実際に使っている金額がディポジットを上回ると毎日チャージされる、チェックイン時にこの説明はなく、毎日チャージが来るので何かなと思い確認したら親切に説明してくれた。。。 パーキング：1日43ユーロ　高いと思いました。この説明もチェックアウトまで無し。

Very accommodating and respectful.

This would have been 3 stars or less had it not been for the amenities and staff kindness. The check in was supposed to be prioritized when we arrived early, but they could not accommodate an early room. However when we arrived again at the normal check in time, the room still was not ready and we waited an additional hour before it was ready which was difficult because have two young children and had to entertain them in the bar area since it was too cold to play outside. But they gave complimentary drinks and the room was fantastic when it became ready. Turndown service and the quality/cleanliness were top notch.

Excellent stay in Munich Sofitel, staff at reception were friendly and efficient and breakfast had a good variety. Best part is the fact that it's literally beside the Munich Central train station. Room was very good sand had everything we needed. Somewhat luxury, although there's no turn down service at night. TV channels - had English news and NHK which was great as that meant we weren't stuck with just German programmes. Didn't use the pool or spa because it was filled with families and screaming kids which put us off, but it wasn't our main objective to use the spa facilities at Sofitel anyway. Have to minus off a star because the body lotion wasn't replenished and was empty. For a 5 star hotel you wouldn't expect this kind of slip up.

O preferido em Munique. Hotel excelente, otimo serviço e equipe 10. Instalações sempre impecaveis.

Zimmer und Personal sehr angenehm.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück ebenfalls zu unser Zufriedenheit und das Personal sehr bemüht. Das große Problem ist das Housekeeping. Als wir um 15:30 Uhr einchecken wollten, musste an der Rezeption langwierig hin und her gebucht werden, da unser ursprüngliches Zimmer noch nicht sauber war. Am Tag darauf haben wir an der Rezeption eine starke Verschmutzung im Bad reklamiert. Es sah aus, als hätte jemand Zahnpasta an die wand gespuckt. Unsere Reklamationen wurden angenommen. Es gab gratis Drinks und Frühstück. Geputzt war die Verschmutzung im Bad bis zu unserer Abreise leider nicht. Nichts desto trotz haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, verlassen das Haus aber mit gemischten Gefühlen.

Wir haben im Sofitel München übernachtet und das Hotel hat grundsätzlich eine gute Basis, aber der Service hat unseren Aufenthalt leider deutlich beeinträchtigt. Beim Check-in mussten wir rund 15–20 Minuten warten, und auch danach war es bei jedem Anliegen wieder dasselbe: Weil Zimmerservice und Reinigung telefonisch nicht erreichbar waren bzw. niemand abnahm, blieb einem nichts anderes übrig, als erneut an der Rezeption anzustehen und wieder zu warten. Ein Concierge-Service war für uns praktisch nicht vorhanden. Zusätzlich hat im Zimmer Duschschaum/Duschgel gefehlt. Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck eines spürbaren Personalmangels, den man als Gast leider direkt zu fühlen bekommt. Schade, denn mit besserer Erreichbarkeit und ausreichend Personal könnte das Erlebnis deutlich hochwertiger sein.

Location near train station. Bathroom layout was a bit odd

The room that was assigned to us had issues. Safe wouldn't lock, key for the room had an issue, and the sink drain was an issue. The staff moved us to a different room after two nights. The second room was much better. Thomas was very helpful. When we moved into the second room, my wife realized she left her toothbrush. We called the front desk for a toothbrush, and it took 45 minutes to get a toothbrush! At one point, someone knocked on the door with water! Second room was clean and much better.

Everything was perfect in this lovely spot. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

La habitación de lujo y la suite pesimas , pequeño espacio en la de lujo parecía hotel de paso la habitación pequeña, no habitación suficiente papel de baño , kleneex . La Suite bastante fea también , se veia sucia , pedimos servicio a la habitación y nunca recogieron los platos sucios. El servicio en la recepción terrible el personal algunos amables y otros parece que te hacen el favor de atenderte , terrible. El area de fumar super sucio, lleno de colillas de cigarros en la mesa nunca estaba limpia, muy decepcionante este hotel no parece de 5 estrellas!n parece de 3.
