뮌헨에 다시 와서 다시 여기 머물 것입니다. 기차역 옆이 최고라서 유럽을 여행하기 편리합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되고, 객실은 조용하고 크고, 전반적으로 좋아요 🥰.

This hotel is right next to Munich Central Station, and it is very convenient to use public transportation. The location is really good for moving anywhere in Munich. The facilities are great, clean. The breakfast was really great, too. Especially, you can get pancakes on request, and it was really delicious. However, if you go at a busy time, employees may be slow to respond. there are so many places to shop nearby.
The hotel wrongly charged the minibar fee, but the response was good as well, responding to the request for double-check immediately and canceling it. (But it would have been better not to charge incorrectly.)

4 amazing days. Just back from a great city break. Hotel superbly located for the main train station and a 10 minute easy walk to the old town. Staff incredibly helpful and courteous. Rooms really spacious and of a high quality. Spa excellent and the bar area was a really nice vibe - would definitely stay again!

Very clean, excellent service, breakfast was amazing, right next to train station. I didn't like that the WC was located very far away from restaurant, breakfast, bar. Very inconvenient. It was a sketchy area at night. Best dining was a 20 - 30 minute walk. Check in was a bit slow.

Freundlichster Empfang durch die Kfz- und Koffer-Pagen, herzliche Begrüßung an der großzügigen Rezeption, im Zimmer mit Blick über die Stadt sofortige Wohlfühlatmosphäre, in der glamourösen Bar noch bis 23 Uhr am Ankunftstag warme Mahlzeit vom Feinsten und am nächsten Morgen nach individuell herzlicher Begrüßung durch die Breakfast-Managerin total frisch und nach eigenen Vorstellungen zubereitetes Omelette und sonstige Spezereien. In diesem Hotel stimmt einfach alles, aber vor allem die Atmosphäre und die Gutherzigkeit des Personals. Für uns bei umfangreicher Vorerfahrung das beste Hotel Münchens!

Stayed flying in and out of Munich. Great location and extremely comfortable hotel. Lovely staff. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and our room was very nice.
