Everything was great about our stay at the hotel. The highlight was the breakfast before departing as Nataliia Brotsmann took good care of us. We had a nice talk in different languages and therefore enjoyed the breakfast even more and will return to the Sofitel, when we are back to Munich.

Não gostei do hotel. Não se assemelha aos hotéis 5 estrelas que conheço. Área do chuveiro apertada, quarto com barulho, quarto precisando de reforma e pé direito muito baixo. Café da manhã fraco. Localização ruim. Não indico para que esteja de férias em Munique.

As always as I mentioned, the Frontdesk did a great job and always said hello to us when passing by. The room is very good except for the bathroom shower, which is very slippery due to the openness of the shower stall which splashes water everywhere. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and the staff is spectacular.

There is not enough room to list failures. This is not a 5 star hotel perhaps only in facilities offered. The front desk needs a major overhaul and even the management who were conspicuous by their absence
