After checking into our room we found there were clothes left in the closet by previous guests. Every time we got back to the room it smelled of smoke despite the hotel claiming it was a non-smoking room. It seemed like the people in the adjoining room were constantly smoking and the smoke was coming into our room under the adjoining room door. I called reception multiple times to let them know, but they didn’t do anything about it. The breakfast buffet was virtually empty by 10am on both days. There were no pastries, bread rolls, eggs or sausages left. We were told the kitchen had run out of food despite breakfast not ending until 10:30am. One positive thing was the view from the pool on the top floor. You can see all of Athens including the Acropolis.

La experiencia fue muy grata, estuvimos 3 adultos y un menor en una habitación y desde que llegamos ya teníamos preparado el sofá cama muy cómodo, el cuarto limpio, el personal muy amable, sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

Hyvä ja siisti hotelli. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä! Ilmainen bussi Ateenan keskustaan päivittäin oli erittäin kiva plussa.

God frokost, underlig odør på rommet, hyggelige ansatte. Deilig takterrasse.

Rent rum, dåligt wifi, kunde inte få en frukost ”to go” när vi behövde åka kl 6 på morgonen trots att vi betalade frukost.

Vi var i en familie suite. Den var ikke så stor. Og sove sofaen som vores børn sov i. Havde ikke top madras og var derfor meget hård. Lidt gammeldags hotel (værelserne) men dejlig roof top pool bar. Og virkelig venligt personale.

Nice hotel

We stayed here as a family with two children and overall good. The room was ok, the staff were very helpful, and the 24/7 reception was a big plus. The buffet breakfast with great variety The downside was the surrounding neighborhood. We didn't feel comfortable walking outside at night, so we relied on Uber for all our evening trips. The swimming pool has a lovely view, but it is quite outdated. Many of the sun loungers were damaged with holes, and there were only a few available, which wasn't enough for 10 people.

The place was clean and comfortable. The breakfast gave lots of good options and the roof top dining was lovely. The pool was nice but the water was very cold, so was used it just to cool off, not really to enjoy.

A low 4 star hotel. Staff was a bit unavailable and location is in a shady area. Not walkable at night ! Many migrants and some who look homeless around the area.

Awesome breakfast! Staff was very helpful. The location wasn’t the best, but property really made it up for it.
