La habitación es vieja. En el sofá se ven los hilos de cuando lo cosieron, la regadera está sucia, los vasos del café son desechables.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Wir hatten eine Suite und da gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Das Frühstück ist nichts besonderes und etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre schön. Die Umgebung ist schrecklich heruntergekommen, dreckig, vieles kaputt und ungepflegt. Falls wir Athen nochmals besuchen würden, würden wir dort nicht mehr buchen.

Room was just ok. Clean enough. Shower was tiny bathroom door offered no modesty. The area was inconvenient, but doable. Just very bad route to Monastiraki square, through unsafe neighborhood

O quarto era pequeno e não muito confortável, com limpeza ruim e cheio de mofo. Instalações muito antigas, região esquisita e insegura durante à noite, muita sujeira nos corredores, com pratos de serviço de quarto que demoravam muito para ser recolhidos e paredes finas, causando barulho.

Bad experience. No air conditioner in the room. Also Breakfast with the breakfast. No water in the room. My previous experience with Novotel in the past is 5 start. But not in Athena’s branch. In overall Low performance.

Comfortable hotel with nice staff who gave good quality advice to help make the most of our stay in Athens. The area around the hotel was quite run down and wasn't particularly pleasant to walk through particularly in the evenings.

We had booked two rooms. All 4 of us have skin itchiness. The hotel was not clean unfortunately. I will not book it again. Breakfast tables were not clean so as the cutlery. Area around the hotel is not safe. Dont walk alone outside.

Excelente hotel, com maravilhosa equipe (KATHERINI e MARIANTHI na recepção, VASSILIS, IOANIS e GIORGIS, KONSTANTINOS no bar/restaurante), comida deliciosa, quartos limpos e vista da piscina para Acropolis incrivel!Adorei estadia e voltarei novamente!

Bonjour, hôtel Novotel propre, bon petit déjeuner , services restaurant le soir très agréable (un peu cher). très dommage que la piscine avec bar ferme à 18h (fin octobre) donc jamais utilisé. Service personnel non stop et très agreable. Environnement très sale et vétuste, compliqué de se promener seul autour de l’hôtel. Par contre nous avons eu accès à des restos très typiques, excellent et bon marché. Reste proche à pied (20-30 mns) du centre

Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt, groß genug für 2 Personen und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel macht Werbung mit Nachhaltigkeit und gesundem Frühstück. Für mich als Veganer war aber die Anzahl der Optionen begrenzt. Jedes einfache Hotel bietet Margarine an, die gab es in diesem Hotel nicht, konnte auch für einen Gast, der dort 5 Nächte zubringt, nicht besorgt werden, obwohl der Minimarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, Margarine führt. Auch um die Hafermilch musste ich jeden Morgen bitten. Das passt nicht zu einem 4 Sterne-Hotel. Bitte machen Sie keine Werbung mit Angeboten, die Sie nicht erfüllen können.

Restaurant et salle commune propre, et refaite à neuf. Chambre familiale trop petite pour 4, très vétuste et ménage non fait pendant le sejour!!! Quartier sale et mal fréquenté!!!!!

The property itself is lovely. Only issues was when I checked in, my shower was wet and seemed dirty/not kept up. Water would leak from one side of the door due to lining falling off. Area around the hotel is the only real downside. Walked around the streets around it and saw human waste on sidewalks not even a block away. A rat also almost ran across my foot at the same area. Recommend taking taxis or arranging rides over walking if you stay here.
