Fue una mala experiencia, para empezar mi habitación ya estaba pagada y Hoteles.com me salió con una tontera que se inventó de unos impuestos y por eso no estaba la habitación lista con el hotel, pague lo que según falta por liquidar y aún así me tocó esperar seis horas para ingresar el Hotel, basura reservar con hoteles.com

Estancia es buena para el precio

Habitación limpia. Mucha fila para los restaurantes. Poca variedad de comida. Poca variedad de bebidas y licores. Poca variedad de actividades y entretenimiento.

Never got the room I booked . Room horrible and disgusting and dirty. Ceiling was leaking water , room smells like mold and sewer . Beds sheets were stain and chairs were very dirty and with semen stains . Horrible hotel . They charge me 50 dollars when Expedia stated I was going to charge 19 dollars only

Nos obligaron a entrar a su demostración de ventas, decían que eran 90 min y fueron 2 horas, te piden 500 pesos que te regresan pero al final con eso te terminan de orillar, el gerente un señor moreno, te trata de humillar sino le compras diciendo que viene de Morelos y que en Cancún vive de lujo y se pone muy altanero, me aventó los papeles de su según oferta y me amenazó que le hablaría a su director. Mi reservación no estuvo en tiempo y me hicieron perder dos horas esperando a que se resolviera, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, como la habitación está a un lado de la escalera de servicio apestaba a solvente pues estaba remodelando la recámara de enfrente, lo demás todo ok. Terminé muy molesto con los de su demostración de ventas y no ocupe sus regalos de masaje, se me hizo una burla, no se pagan 2 pesos por el servicio.

Bueno, resulta que compré un paquete por Expedia, donde pagué 2109 dólares por el hotel (Gran Oasis Palm) Cuando llegamos allí. La recepcionista fue amable, pero resulta que nos puso la manilla de una categoría más baja (Oasis Palm) en ese momento nosotros no sabíamos. La habitación que nos tocó. Estaba pésima, vieja y en malas condiciones, no había corriente el día que llegamos. Cuando hice el checking, la recepcionista me dijo que fuera con una muchacha que ella me iba a dar un Tour por el hotel y me iba a explicar algunas cosas, esas personas que trabajan dentro del mismo hotel pero no pertenecen al hotel, solo tratan de venderte paquetes para ir a lugares que aunque no lo quieras, ellos insisten mucho para vendértelos, cuando el hotel también te los vende, pero ellos te dicen que si los compras con el hotel te va a salir más caro, etc. es sólo por sacarte dinero. Me di cuenta que me habían puesto en una categoría baja el día antes de irme cuando decidí caminar en la noche y vi que había otro hotel al lado cuyo hotel no era otro era el mismo, sólo que en ese lado ponían a las personas de la categoría que yo había pagado en la cual nunca me pusieron le pregunté a la recepcionista que se encontraba en ese lobby y ella fue quien me aclaró las dudas, ya era demasiado tarde, porque al otro día me iba ellos culpan a Expedia porque dicen que son los que hacen malas reservas, pero en realidad pienso que son ellos en el lobby que tienen rejuegos con las habitaciones

The entire experience was terrible. The woman who checked us in was rude and told my kids to go wait in the lobby. We were put in the Sens Hotel, despite a reservation at the Grand Oasis Palm. We were not told there is a caste system to the wristbands, nor were we ever offered to upgrade to the "black" band that lets you into certain areas and restaurants/bars. The lines were extremely long for dinner, the food was inedible- like actually terrible. There are no chairs at the pool... not like they were just taken up by people, there weren't any. So strange. The pictures are nothing like the actual hotel- the pirate ship area has no water running to the slide, the Jurassic River is pathetic and we were told we couldnt use the slides because they were only for the kids club?? The sports bar was the only place for ice cream and closed at 6pm- the lines were so crazy long and they refused to serve my 10 and 12 year old without an adult? There was virtually no entertainment during the day or at the pool- only at night. They have people wanting to sell you stuff everywhere and they follow you around- these are employees of the hotel. The worst was the pressure to attend a time share presentation. Literally, the woman followed us around for hours pestering us to go. When we left for another hotel early- because it was so bad- they told us to go through Expedia to get a refund, then just didnt answer Expedia when they reached out to get authorization for the refund.

Hay buenas actividades, el personal muy atento, muy bueno para familias, las abitaciones muy descuidadas, el bar tiene algo de variación, y en lo referente a la descripción de la aplicación no tienes acceso a todos los restaurantes, te limitan casi a la mitad

Upon arrival they wanted an extra $600 for my 13 year old son even though I had already paid full adult price for him as required. They called the head office in Panama and everything was fine - 45 minutes later. We were traveling with another couple with a 13 year old and they had no issues with check in. This was a really negative way to start the trip. Scam? I am sure they would have taken the money if it went unquestioned. Generally great staff. Sens building is reno'd and really nice - they upgraded us as we booked with Expedia. Awesome gym for a resort. Okay beach but not nearly enough loungers - get down early to get one. Food was pretty good but Maci Taco was a disappointment.

Lo peor de lo peor, reserve con Expedía y cuando llegue al hotel me decían que mi reserva era con otra agencia que no aparecía con Expedía y no tenía todo incluido a los restaurantes, las bebidas malas la comida pésima, el agua de la habitación huele horrible, no vayan a este hotel

Honestly was disappointed. Pictures were deceiving. The lobby was beautiful but as soon as we went into our room, immediately just disappointed. It’s outdated and the pools were ok.

El baño apestaba a drenaje, los meseros pasaban y no saludaban mucho menos me ofrecieron café,,,,el mesero Tony Montana,,,,si fue muy amable

Todo bien, nada más que en la alberca el último día mi hijo se cortó el dedo del pie con un azulejo del piso y todavía lo estamos curando. Eso si hubo atención de unos de los salvavidas le hizo una curación.

Parking was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The food at the buffet was pretty blan and the same food was served at both. It is difficult to get a dinner reservation so book first thing in the morning 2 days before. There is not enough loung chairs so you will need to go down really early to get a seat. The drinks were good. I recommended bringing a large cup so you don't have to go back and forth to the bar. There really isn't anyone to bring you drinks and definitely not food. Lunch is hamburgers and hot dogs unless you go to the buffet, but you need to eat there. The experience was nice. I would recommended more activities for teens and young adults.

Spa was the highlight ; caution food allergies
