従業員の方がとても親切で温かかった。 どのレストランも食事が美味しく、見た目も美しいお料理だった。 また宿泊したい。

オールインクルーシブで、とても良いホテルでした。客室はとても広く清潔で、ビーチ近くのプールは景色が非常によくてとても素敵でした。ビーチはやや波があるので、プールで過ごしましたが、プールバーやレストランもあり、十分楽しく過ごせました。オフシーズンのためか空いているレストランが少なかったですが、毎日違うところで楽しめました。

ゼングランド棟に宿泊しました。大人3人、子供2人で2室のコネクティングルーム。 前回は1階でしたが、今回は2階。天井が高く、とても広く感じられて良かったです。またシャトルロビーからも近かった。ここはバスルームが広く、バスも大きい。ゆったりできる。お風呂好きの日本人にはとても良いと思います。 コンジェルジュサービスも今回は配慮が細やかで良かった。レストラン予約は日本からして行ったのですが、最初希望どうりではなくて、やりとりが面倒でしたが、結局希望どうりにしてくれて満足。ホテルスタッフもいつも愛想が良く、良いサービスでした。前回はチップを勝手にとられたことがあり、今回は用心してレシートの控えは全て貰いました。 オールインクルーシブですが、子供もいて、いろいろあるのでディナーの時はチップはつけました。ここは食事がとても美味しい。ただカッシーナは凝りすぎてて、あまり口に合わなかったです。どのレストランもお肉が柔らかくジューシー。ビストロのワッフルとオムレツもオススメです。ただ、下の息子は行けないのが残念でした。 今度は下の息子が年齢制限かからなくなる歳になったら、また行きたいかな。 前回で失敗したことも含め段取りして行ったので今回はとても満足な滞在ができました。

非常にホスピタリティーの高いホテルであると思います。 バトラーサービスを始め、レストラン、ビーチ、プールなど全てにおいて痒いところに手が届くといった印象でした。 私はZen Grand Tower, Pool Suite Nature Viewに宿泊しましたが、プールは腰まで浸かる程度の小さいスペースでしたので、 プールのない部屋でも十分かなと個人的には感じました。 お部屋は非常に広く、清潔で、朝と夜の2回ベットメイキングをしていただけることにもホテルの丁寧さが伺えました。 ミニバーも充実していますし、館内にはレストラン8箇所の他にもバーが充実していますので、今回4泊しましたが、毎日違った気分で食事やお酒を楽しめて大満足のオールインクルーシブでした。 特にバーはプールの中にもあり、水着で水に浸かったままいただくお酒はリゾートならではで格別でした。 今回はハネムーンで訪れましたが、本当に思い出に残る滞在となりました。

It’s a wounderful venue, but expensive.

This was our third time staying at the Grand Velas and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was taken care for us. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The entire property is stunning, especially the Zen pool. The restaurants have so much variety. The Water Ceremony at the Spa is a must. Specifically, Ernesto at Azul; he knew what we needed/wanted before we did - it was amazing and his recommendations were perfect. Alejandro, our concierge, was so thoughtful and really made us feel like celebrities. Karen at the spa made the Water Ceremony even better than it already is. Everything about this vacation was amazing and we can not wait to go back!

A True 5 Star resort. We (2 Adults and Twin Kids of 3.5 Yrs.) stayed for 9 days (8 nights) in The Grand and had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean. The food is overall good and the drinks are great. This was one of the resorts when you truly had the feeling the staff enjoyed working there something we did not always experience in other five star resorts. Genuinely nice warm people. The concierge was very helpful and communication went flawless.

Gracias Grand Velas for making this trip relaxing, enjoyable, and truly memorable. My husband and I visited for a long weekend (but not quite long enough!) for my 40th birthday. We had private transportation to and from the resort which made traveling from the US seamless and stressful-free. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed with the beauty of this resort. Set in a tropical jungle oasis right along the beach of Riviera Maya, we took in the views of the lush green landscapes and bright purple flowers that lined the verandas. We also had the opportunity to see many of the local wildlife. After arriving in the lobby, we were introduced to our personal concierge Diana Lopez, who took great care of all our needs from check-in to check-out. By messaging through WhatsApp, she was able to confirm our dinner reservations and inform us of various activities within the resort each day we were there. We spent our mornings on the beach, afternoons by the Grand Class pool, and evenings in the various restaurants this resort has to offer. Each meal was memorable in its own way. We had the pleasure of dining at Frida (shout out to Ariel who not only made amazing food and drink recommendations but was also very entertaining), Chaka, Cocina de Autor (a Michelin star restaurant), and Lucca. The staff at each location truly made you feel like you were their top priority and went above and beyond to provide you with an exceptional experience. We will be back!

Food was delicious, property was well maintained, our kids loved the kids club, and the beach was impeccable.

Concierge was the most disappointing - frustrating. First day we arrived - we have 2 kids. Concierge said we could get some beach toys. We went to front desk they said concierge didn’t open until 11am…. We also asked the concierge via email and in person that if we left the kids at the kids club during dinner that they would have dinner there. The answer was yes. However, no one said dinner for kids at the kids club was only at 6pm. So my kids didn’t have a full meal as we had reservations at the Michellin restaurant. Then we tried to book a catamaran. The vendor on the beach said to book via concierge. So we called the concierge. They said they would confirm and get back to me. Next morning, they had all forgotten! Then they tried to scramble to find a time that worked but it was too late. The slot we had tried for that worked best for our kids was not available. Then I asked if we could book our last night at Frida. They said they would try. We had a reservation at Lucca at 630. I said anytime at Frida between 530 and 7pm worked. Concierge said it was confirmed he managed to get a table at Frida. We show up at a Frida. They said they have no reservation and they are fully booked. We call the concierge and they say that they rescheduled us at Lucca at 530…. How does that make sense? Fortunately restaurant made it work. Our concierge was out sick so the others split the duties. Service everywhere else was great but the concierge service was so incredibly frustrating an

This was hands down the best resort I’ve ever been to! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Traveling with a 2-year-old and a baby can be challenging, but this resort made it feel effortless. It is truly one of the most family-friendly places we’ve ever experienced. They had so many thoughtful amenities specifically for little ones, which made our stay comfortable, easy, and so enjoyable. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special shout out to concierge Alfonso, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly arranged for our family, and to our amazing babysitter Daniela, who was so gentle, patient, and wonderful with both our toddler and our baby. Having someone we trusted made such a difference. The food was absolutely delicious with great variety, and we appreciated how accommodating they were with young children. The pool was huge and beautiful, with plenty of space for everyone to relax while still feeling very family-friendly. The kids club was fantastic as well, with engaging activities and a welcoming atmosphere that worked great for our 2-year-old. We made such special memories here and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this resort to any family traveling with young children — it truly exceeded every expectation.
