The vibe is perfect! Super cute! Great staff!!

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean with cozy areas. The kitchen closed early and bar staff was not always there. Spa service was excellent.

The spaciousness and space design stands out. It was a comfortable stay. The breakfast is very good as well as the spa services.

Our stay at Hotel Unknown was average, but the arrival left a poor first impression. The check-in process was difficult and far from welcoming. We arrived about an hour and a half early, and although our room was ready, we were asked to pay €15 to access it. That didn’t feel like service, especially since the room was already available. After that, communication remained minimal and not particularly friendly. The room itself was fine. However, it was somewhat noisy on the road-facing side, and the air conditioning was not turned on upon arrival, so the room was still warm. Overall, it was okay — but nothing more than that.

Nice, small locally owned hotel. Staff was helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Joanni and Mario stood out for excellent service.

Room was clean and staff was amazing at daily cleaning. Loved the courtyard area. What would really improve the rating would be a mini fridge in the room. All the staff were great people and friendly. Pool area needs updated, comfortable furniture. It's a small pool but very nice on a hot day. Breakfast is great if you're only staying a couple days but after that we went elsewhere for breakfast. A couple different options would be great. (i.e. if you're having a 2 egg scramble or omelet why do you need to pay extra for 2 eggs fried and a piece of toast)?

A very pleasant stay. Staff were very welcoming and amenable. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the shower and trying to figure out how to get enough hot water to finish a shower.

Nice staff, nice inviting environment

From the time we got there to the time we left, we were very pleased with the Hotel Unknown. The reception we received was very nice...we arrived a day late and were welcomed as though we had been there before; such a good feeling. Our room was always cleaned very well, the bathroom was spotless! Thank you Andrea! We were treated very well by the people in the restaurant - Mario was so attentive = Muchas Gracias! We wished the restaurant was open for lunch too but, there are enough restaurants within reasonable walking distance. Every staff member was friendly, very helpful and seemed to genuinely love working there. Thank you for a great stay at your "Unknown Hotel "

Clean room, friendly, accommodating staff. Very comfortable bed! Loved their fresh fruit, eggs, frijoles, & chips for breakfast.

Great staff. Enormous amount of mosquitoes, wish there was something done about that or atleast offer or sell repellant. Breakfast included is also a plus & location also. I would come back but with a lot of mosquito repellent 😅

El hotel me pareció cómodo pero el personal del hotel, específicamente las recepcionistas fueron poco profesionales, sin manejo de servicio al cliente (contrario al masajista y a la persona que atendía el restaurante) ya que nos acusaron de haber orinado una almohada sin haberlo verificado antes (evidentemente no fue cierto), nos quisieron cobrar alcohol que no consumimos y primero nos dijeron que si podría haber late check out, planeamos nuestro día conforme a eso y luego nos dijeron que no. Sin duda es un hotel con potencial pero la falla está en sus recepcionistas
