The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommended this please if you’re visiting Merida however is not very close to centro but a nice walk!!!

We had a fantastic room with a private little yard and pool that we loved - the breakfast was great and the staff was so nice . We also got massages which were perfect . The hotel pool and grounds were also really nice !

It was a very pleasant stay, enjoyed the location, atmosphere, large rooms, and friendly service.

La habitación excelente y alberca El Restaurante tiene muchas oportunidades no hay gente atendiendo, eata escondido no sabes si tienen servicio por que la gente eata escondida en la cocina

No funcionaba el internet La atención de front desk pésimo con actitud soberbia y sin solucionar la problemática Nunca tuvimos agua caliente… se acababa en 3 mins El acceso a cuartos estaba con arreglos dificultando el acceso Dejo mucho que desear

Very cozy hotel

The staff are amazing. The location is great. The rooms are spacious, clean and well cared for. We love the small garden and pool! The breakfast is filling, the coffee is hot and the staff are wonderful

Very spacious room. Good internet service. Had a decent sleep. There was some construction goi g on outside the property in the morning. Not their fault. It’s a nice location.

El Personal muy atentos en todo momento! El desayuno muy bueno así como el hotel y cuarto

Bastante DECEPCIONADO. Fuimos recomendados por el primo de los dueños y bastante inconforme… internet sin funcionar, no había agua caliente con la justificación de SOLO TENER 20 litros disponibles y ni eso… una persona en front desk grosera, despota y justificando la deficiencia de servicios. Baños descuidados con taza rota… muy mal para tratar de se un hotel boutique. Hay miles de opciones mucho mejores…. NO REGRESRIA!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very safe and mellow vibe in the middle of the Santiago neighborhood, which feels like a middle class area. Spacious room and great bed. Nicely maintained grounds and pool. It’s about 1 mile from the heart of the historical district, or roughly a 15 minute walk.

Todo muy bien pero deben mejorar el internet

El lugar está muy bien cuidado. Las habitaciones de buen tamaño y suficientemente aisladas. El servicio del personal es sumamente destacable por su disposición, amabilidad y proclividad a atendernos. Sin duda es una gran opción para volver!

Friendly staff room was well equipped. One improvement would to be to have bigger plastic glasses in the room as the ones provided are too small.
