4月末から5月の6泊で利用しました。 静かで、落ち着いた雰囲気の中、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。 スタッフの皆様がとてもフレンドリーで楽しい滞在になりました。

Overall, my stay at the Kempinski was exceptional. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail truly stood out. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. However, the hotel did offer alternative pillows upon request, so it wasn’t a major issue. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding quality and experience.

The best of the best. Amazing staff, food, cleanlilness, beach, rooms, pool, location… just all fantastic. Great time every time for years.

I've been returning to the Kempinski Cancún for years, and it continues to exceed expectations every single time. The staff are truly exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. The level of service across the board is what keeps me coming back. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the high standards you'd expect from the Kempinski brand. Breakfast was a highlight with great variety, excellent quality, and a wonderful way to start each day. If you're looking for a property where the team goes above and beyond and every detail is taken care of, this is it. A consistently outstanding experience.

Cleanliness, staff and food and ambience were perfect. May is not high season so not many people were there. But it was still beautiful.

Staff, food and drink were great. Love the breakfast buffet, pool, beach and location! Room was clean but outdated, the curtains got some brown stains on and the handles were sticky. For cabana rental, I was asked for sign/pay/sign/pay the entire afternoon, while I was napping. Hope that process could be simplified.

Boring

Buy far the best high end resort in Cancun. If you want to be pampered and have the best this is the place! The staff is amazing and beyond friendly. The room, food, and service are top notch - they make you feel like you are the only guest there. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, the beach is excellent, and the service across most areas was outstanding. Dining was a highlight. Fantino, The Club Grill, and the beachfront restaurants (Casitas/Caribe Bar & Grill) all delivered excellent food and service. Cesar stood out, and the chef was extremely accommodating with our dietary requirements, which we really appreciated. The spa is also excellent, with great facilities including the cold plunge, jacuzzi, and high-quality massages. Breakfast was good but felt slightly limited in variety. We did have a small issue with one staff member during breakfast, but the service manager, Samuel, handled it very professionally and resolved things quickly. A couple of practical notes: hotel taxis are on the expensive side, though expected. Uber felt safe and reliable. Car rental via the hotel was smooth but slightly premium. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return.
