Good hotel, not too much entertainment, but dining options were nice, staff friendly, property was clean. I only stayed 4 nights and went on daily tours, so I didn’t get to use spa or gym etc., however, I checked them out and they looked nice .

Truly Unforgettable Anniversary at Kempinski!
Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding vow renewal, and from the very beginning, the staff made sure it was a truly unforgettable experience.
They helped us plan the entire celebration with incredible care and attention to detail. A special thank you to Salma, who made sure every element—from the big moments to the smallest touches—was handled perfectly for me and my family.
As a welcome surprise, one of our rooms was upgraded upon arrival. Throughout our stay, the service was consistently outstanding. The staff regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and were always one step ahead of our requests.
One thing that really stood out: during our excursions, our family was the only group picked up and dropped off right at the hotel entrance—while other guests from nearby hotels had to cross busy streets. It made us feel genuinely cared for.
The Casitas restaurant team deserves special praise. During dinner, my husband and I had a late-night craving for burgers—and even though it wasn’t on the dinner menu, they kindly let us order from the lunch menu. That kind of flexibility and warmth really impressed us.
Every night, we were greeted with a sweet anniversary treat in our room—a beautiful gesture that made the whole experience feel even more personal.

False advertising as all inclusive. High fees for no reason, not 5 Star. Rooms are very old and bed bugs were present. Literally a hotel doing whatever they can to survive. I would not recommend unless you desperately need. Do not fall for the 5 star hotel review it is false advertisement.

A property more for a family environment or the older crowd. We loved that it was classy, luxurious, and not trying to be trendy for a younger demographic. The staff was amazing and made us feel like we were special guests. The breakfast buffet was great. Only very small critique is the menu options for lunch and dinner were not very extensive, although everything we had was great.
