サボイルグランドホテルはコンシェルジュの人もお茶を入れてくれる人も、とても親切で本当に色々お世話になりました。 朝食はフルーツを切ってくれる人がいたり、チーズを切ってくれる人がいたり、ご飯の種類も多く大満足でした。 ホテルの前からシティツアーのバスもでていて、こちらで一緒に予約したコードをバスに乗ってる係りの人に見せたらすぐにのせてくれました。 ジャマエルフナ市場まではタクシーで100ディルハムの距離。 大きなホテルなので、初めての人はモロッコでリヤドにとまるよりは良いと思います。 予約もしてくれるし、タクシーの交渉もしてくれました。 ラマダン中に行きましたが、持ち込んだワインやビールの栓も開けてくれて、部屋で楽しむ事ができました。 ホテルの外では、イスラム圏なので肌の露出は控えた方がよいですが、ホテルの中ではみんなラフな格好をしていました。 プールは入れませんでしたが、プールサイドはとてもら気持ち良さそうてました。 かなりオススメなホテルです。

プールなどが完備したリゾートホテル。部屋は大きく快適、バスタブはなかった。飲料水も備わっていて、部屋でコーヒーなども飲める。食事の質は高く、特に、デザートやパンはフランスの高級ホテルと変わらなく、欧州の他のホテルよりおいしかった。オレンジジュースは特に美味しかった。隣にショッピングセンターがあり、ジュースなどをそこで調達できて便利。旧市街までは20分くらい徒歩で行くか、タクシーになる。旧市街は人が多く、夜もうるさいので、逆に少し離れたホテルは静かで安全でよかった。

1500文字では語り尽くせぬあらゆるトラブルのオンパレード。Hotel.com関連ではまず予約が通っておらず深夜に長時間待たされた。改めてクレジットカードで支払ったため、料金を二重取りされていないか今も心配。早急にチェックを要求する。 大規模で見た目は大掛かりだが、スタッフ教育が不足しており、どこが五つ星なのか全く理解不能。

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and polite.

Upon arrival at the hotel with a confirmed reservation and proof of payment, I was told they no longer collaborate with Hotels.com. Despite showing my confirmation, they refused to honor it and forced me to book a new room. As a result, I had to pay twice, costing me an extra €260 per night.

La chambre et le

Staff was amzing, seems to be overrated for 5 stars, a negative point is that there lots of works going on, at the lobby can barely hear each others, i am sure someone can make the right suggestions

Perfect location and extremely clean

Room, shower, location and breakfast were good. We had a rude awakening at 2am when room service walked into the room unannounced. We did not get any sleep later. Spoken to duty manager next morning. She did mention she would contact us before we left. But no update on this. On day of checkout our lights were turned off and wireless access was blockd at 10am, when the checkout clearly states 12 noon. We could not be bothered to query since previous query was not followed up. There is nothing mentioned in hotel description that you cannot bring outside alcohol or food in the hotel. But when you get there that is the case. So if you want to bring your own alcohol or food don't book this hotel. Also pretty sure that you will get better service and rooms for the same price at other hotels in Marrakech. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

Not optimal spa not free

I visited during the AFCON 2025 tournament in January, and interestingly, this was the same hotel the Super Eagles of Nigeria stayed in—they had checked out just a few hours before I arrived. The exterior of the hotel was a bit misleading at first; the frontage was quite busy with parked cars and taxis. However, once inside, the atmosphere changed completely. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, though it occasionally felt a little chilly. The pool area looked fantastic, but the weather was too cold to enjoy it. Breakfast was outstanding—truly one of the best I’ve had in recent times, both in quality and variety. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is a major plus. It sits right next to a mall, making it extremely convenient with plenty of dining options just steps away. It’s also within walking distance of many places, which made getting around very easy. It definitely looked like a good pick for a resort type experience when the weather (temperature) allows for it. In my time there, it was a bit quiet in the common areas due to the chilly temperature.

The staff are very friendly and professional 5/5 and the hotel is in great condition. However: 1. there is mega construction going on; the hotel is part of a mall development and the outdoor pool space is disturbed by the sound of jack hammers drilling. 2. Also, there is an extra up charge (EUr 25 pp) to use the basement indoor hot tub for 1 hr, which is a separate locked section of the indoor pool - this was a bait and switch hence the 3 star; shame this didn’t come up anywhere else. 3. Breakfast spread is good but the selection doesn’t change. Not being able to use the pool side for some winter sun AND paying extra for a hot tub is more than enough to not stay here again.

Je ne sait pas si on a la même définition du 5* mais cet établissement devrais être noter plutôt 3*et demi sur l’état des chambre … salle de bain ou la douche met tomber dessu . Toilette sales … enfin le reste extérieur oui c’est jolie petit déjeuner comme par tous dans les étoile . Mais sinon rien d’impressionnant … ou quelque chose qui sort de l’ordinaire .
