Alt var perfekt. Man kunne virkelig mærke personalet gjorde alt for at gøre en tilfreds og møde ens ønsker. Alt var så rent hele tiden, så god service og virkelig god mad.

Séjour du 9 au 12 juillet en pleine saison estivale. L’hôtel est en travaux et malheureusement pas de grâce matinée. Le personnel est très agréable

En général c’est très bien la bas mais depuis les travaux c’est devenu n’importe quoi ok les travaux très bien mais pq avoir baisser prix votre clientèle a bien changer.. Ok les travaux c’est très bien sa rajeunis l’hôtel mais pourquoi ne pas être prévenue avant le Check in car c’était gênant à 7h du matin les travaux est les bruit de travaux à 14h en bord de piscine, je ne serais jamais revenue si j’avais été mît au courant.

Our stay at the Savoy Le Grand Marrakech was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every single day. Every member of staff we encountered throughout the hotel was warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home. The level of hospitality was outstanding, and it really made our stay special. Unfortunately, the spa was a completely different experience and the only disappointing part of our stay. I was refused a massage because I have a very small amount of psoriasis. I found this extremely upsetting and unprofessional. After I questioned their decision and explained that it is a mild, non-contagious skin condition, they suddenly changed their minds and said they would carry out the massage after all. By that point, however, I no longer felt comfortable. To make matters worse, the spa staff were giggling together in French while discussing the situation, which made me feel judged and embarrassed. Whether they were talking about me or not, it was completely inappropriate and left me with no confidence in receiving treatment, so I decided not to go ahead with the massage. It was a real shame because the spa experience fell far below the exceptional standards of the rest of the hotel. Despite this, I would absolutely return to the Savoy Le Grand Marrakech because every other aspect of our stay was excellent. Next time, however, I’ll be booking my spa treatments elsewhere.

Bel hôtel mais en travaux ++++++ Échafaudage, scie , bruit +++ de 6h du matin à 18h Au bord de la piscine donc musique à fond pour camoufler le bruit ( qui ne sert à rien ) Fatigant +++ Il conviendrait de le notifier

Lovely resort Great staff Easy to access the city

Stayed there 4 nights really nice hotel and really amazing pools and breakfast. Staff really helpful and near Mall which meant finding food or shopping wasn't hard

Décevant. J'ai réservé pour 2 employées cette hotel en prenant le soin de préciser leur noms mais la réception leur a refusé l'accès alors que tout était réglé et réservé de longue date. 4h de négociation à distance pour au finale avoir accès à la chambre...

Personnel

Hotel en travaux toute la journée et 7j/7 (grue marteaux piqueurs et construction d'une structure au dessus du hall d'accueil) qui impactent la piscine principale avec également des travaux sur la piscine secondaire (Coups de masse + perçage tout au long de la journée) => aucune possibilité de détente en tranquillité. Depuis la reprise par Pickalbatros, constat par rapport à nos multiples séjours précédents d'une dégradation de qualité des équipements (transats de moindre qualité, pompes de filtrage de la piscine détériorées et générant un bruit permanent, suppression des baignoires dans les chambres qui n'ont plus qu'une douche). Fourniture de peignoirs qui restent extrêmement dégradés. Le fond musical de la piscine avec un niveau trop haut donc très désagréable pour tenter que couvrir le bruit des travaux. Constat de dégradation du carrelage avec débris de verre au sol dans la salle de restaurant. Accueil déplorable à la réception qui a même évoqué que nous pouvions repartir!!! Difficulté de la part même du directeur Mr Ali de dialoguer en français pour prendre en compte nos mécontentements. Réponse incessante mais inacceptable: "nous sommes désolés". Sentiment de prise en otage sans solution apportée Problème de fréquentation par des résidents du Maroc qui osent même se baigner tout habillés donc sans vêtement de bain adapté. En conclusion gros investissement financier pour ce séjour de 11 nuitées. Prestations non satisfaisante alors que nous avons choisi un 5 étoiles.

Clean room , nice breakfast, beautiful pool and view . Staff were slow when in breakfast . Had to ask for a spoon and glass of orange juice 3 times and still didn’t get it . Had to get up and go and get a drink myself . Room service was good nice and clean .

Many staff were not friendly while others were, could be a culture clash. Rooms were amazing and air cond. worked well. Gym is top of the line. Spa was ok, nothing extraordinary but for the rate it suffices. Breakfast is amazing! Pool hours are limited.

Excellent séjour ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’hôtel est très propre, confortable et bien entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Le petit-déjeuner était particulièrement remarquable : varié, copieux, avec des produits de qualité et de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts. Les chambres étaient agréables, calmes et parfaitement équipées. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe et surtout Imed et son thé incroyable,pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation !

Upon arrival, our suitcases were taken from us by the Bell boy as per usual process at a nice hotel. We went to our room and waited over 30 minutes for the bags, at which point we then went back to reception to see our cases sat at the back of a very big queue of cases still to be dealt with. The reception was chaos and as we wanted to start to enjoy our holiday, we then took our own cases to our room and changed and unpacked. Our room was OK. Be aware, the hotel is currently undergoing a massive amount of building work and the hotel is dusty and noisy as a result. It is not at all like the pictures around the pool that are displayed. The general staff in the bar and restaurants are beyond poor, they look bored and when you ask for service, they walk in the other direction and avoid work as much as they can. During our stay, some younger workers were introduced to the breakfast service, they were so much better! People had eaten food in the pool bar and the plates and remains of food were left there for hours - plenty of staff around to clean up but they left it all. Staff at breakfast were slightly better but essentially, the breakfast staff end up being the staff at other areas of the hotel later in the day. None of which are bothered about guests by the looks.One server left us so long with a menu, we walked off after 20 minutes without placing an order. I would not go back to this hotel. Outside of the hotel, begging children are all around, asking for money.

Location good. Construction noice. You hear it by the main pool but nothing crazy. I did feel like walking around and under the scaffolding to get to the main lobby, at times, felt unsafe with people and cranes working above. The staff, need some customer service training except for Naoufal. He works the front by the luggage. I have no specific complaint about anyone. Only to say. When you show up to get exchange, no one is there. The front desk. They just carry on their chat in front of you and no one acknowledges that you have been standing there for 5 min trying to ask a question. The phone service, they transfer you everywhere and tell you someone will call you back and never do. They tell you breakfast is till 11. Got there at 10:30 one morning and everything had been pulled away. Breakfast was fantastic though. The place was well kept. Beds were comfortable and the room was not old or dated. I would stay there again, I think. But if those things would ruin your stay … pick another place.
