Esse hotel foi incrível!! Perto de tudo, e é o melhor hotel de Old San Juan. Lindo, restaurante bom, quartos lindos sem nenhum barulho ( pois meu sono é leve ), cama muito boa e confortável, nada a reclamar, vou voltar e pretendo ficar mais dias 2 noites não foram suficientes.

We loved the hotel! The room was nice, though we saw some with better views, it was quiet, the courtyard was very nice for relaxing, the pool was tiny but actually worked out fine. They also have a hot tub next to the pool which is on the roof top. The location was perfect! It’s a fun, walkable City with lots of great food options! The staff were very nice and extremely attentive.

This hotel stay would have received 5 stars if I had been informed of the main floor construction when I made the reservation. A timeless, beautiful hotel in a superb area of Old San Juan. I would stay here again when weddings aren't in full swing. A little tricky trying to get to one's room without stepping on the bride's gown and a bit noisy for this small hotel.

Excellent location; walkable to everything imaginable. The staff at the Patio restaurant were great. The character of the hotel was quaint and aligned with its boutique nature. If you want to avoid the commercial nature of big chain hotels, this is a good one.

A wonderful stay at this beautiful and authentic hotel. What a great location with lots of cafés and restaurants in all directions. All staff were superb. The pool and terrace were very nice.

Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. We had a slight issue with our room on the first night, and the staff worked to address it the best they could within the constraints of a fully booked hotel for the night. Outside courtyard area is delightful to relax in. Breakfast was just ok, but free so nothing to complain about. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again!
