ザ・ヘブンカオラック

フロントシービューのジャグジーのお部屋に泊まりましたが、開放感がありとてもゆっくりできます。ただお部屋にある景色が見えるガラスが汚れていたのとお食事があまり… 後は、お値段が高すぎるかな？と思いました。もう少しお値段が安ければまたリピートしたいと思います。

プールサイドのヴィラに２泊。サイトで見たまんまの大きなプールと、美しいサンセットビーチ。ヘブンという名前の通りの素晴らしいホテルでした。宿泊客はほぼ欧米の方で、年齢層はやや高めでしょうか。 ビーチは、海岸線いっぱいに広がっていますが、波打ち際も結構深そうで、あまり入っている人は見かけませんでした。海よりも素晴らし過ぎるプールで十分でしょうか。海岸の景色はとても綺麗です。街の中心から結構離れてます、タクシーでアクセスできますが、300バーツほどかかる様です。ホテルの脇にも小さなレストランがあります。基本的にホテル内のレストランでの食事がメインになるかと思います。 客室内は新しいだけあって、アメニティや、ミニバーが充実してました。水も1日4.5本サービスされます。 値段もそれなりですが、十分満足できるホテルだと思います。泳ぎが上手になります笑

素敵なホテルです。 プーケット空港から1時間程の場所にあります。 ビーチの目の前にホテルがあり、ホテル内に広いプールもあるので、ホテルステイするには良いところです。

新しいホテルでファシリティは素晴らしいと思います。 が、 街の中心地まで遠く無料シャトルバスが、一日にバス2本のみ Attentiveなスタッフと全くそうじゃないスタッフとの差が極めて激しい IC キーカードが一枚しか渡されず、外出中は全ての電源オフ(携帯の充電もできず、冷蔵庫も常温になります) 見た目は豪華だけど、ちょっとケチ臭い中途半端なホテルで、そこらへんを割り切ってdiscount priceだったら泊まってもいいと思います。

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Very nice room. Fantastic cleaning. Lovely breakfast, with a very wide selection. Fantastic staff, helpful, nice and always smiling.

For the most part, we loved staying at this resort. We got upgraded to a villa which was wonderful as it gave us extra privacy from the other guests. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and were some of the nicest people we met on our trip. The grounds were beautiful, lush, and serene and the beach was just like a postcard. They provided a large beach mat and towels with a bag for the beach but there were also plenty of lounge chairs by the pool. For some reason the beach was always empty so we spent our mornings there. My only complaint was the quality of the food. We ate in the restaurants a few times and it was just not good. My husband did love the breakfast buffet though and the espresso machine was a bonus. I recommend going into “town” to eat but just know that you can’t get a Grab because the taxis have total control of the area and they charge 300 baht across the board. Overall, we loved our stay and would come back for the resort ambiance and practically empty beach, not to mention the sunsets!

Tolles geräumiges Zimmer, bequeme Betten (nicht wie die Thai-Betten), alles sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, toller Strand vor der Tür, Roller direkt am Hotel für fairen Preis zu mieten, tolle Lage, Restaurants fussläufig, tolles Angebot an Aktivitäten, gutes Gym

Everything was perfect.

The swimming pools are fantastic at the Haven, and the hotel also enjoys an ideal location right on the beach. All staff were very courteous but if you have something to sort out I would suggest speaking to a Thai rather than a Nepali member of staff as the Nepali's will not admit when they don't know the answer, so will give you inaccurate information on occasion. The only reason I am not giving the Haven 5 stars is the smoking policy - it really has to change, it is still like the 1980's with the Germans smoking pretty much anywhere they want and the staff too 'polite' to stop them. Smoking areas adjacent to reception are not acceptable in this day and age.

Après un très bon sejour en septembre 2022 , j'ai décidé de revenir au Haven en 2025 ....quelle déception !!!! Les chambres sont au bout de leur vie, vraiment à rafraîchir car indigne d'un 5 étoiles..... humidité, moisissures, vitres sales y compris dans la douche, cafards que j'ai tué avec ce que j'avais sous la main ( déo) ...... Le personnel du restaurant pas à la hauteur, notamment une personne qui c'est arrêté de s'occuper de nous , car je ne connaissais pas par cœur mon numéro de chambre, qui a manifesté son mécontentement ( c'est rare en Thaïlande 🙏 , je vis à BKK depuis 4 ans ).... elle se reconnaîtra Je tiens à féliciter la personne de la conciergerie qui a été parfaite, elle se reconnaîtra également.... Vraiment déçu

Prinzipiell schöne Anlage bzw. schön gedacht, aber etwas lieblos erhalten. Das sieht nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Fotos. Essen ist okay, viel Auswahl aber qualitativ mittelmäßig.

Only 5 minutes to Khao lak town, the resort is becoming a little bit dated, not very user friendly to elderly people as a lot of the stairs are unsafe thin and uneven especially on the bridges going over the pools. The onsite restaurant menu is average and the food similar most nights the restaurant was very quiet as people ate out elsewhere. We had a pool access room which was nice. Overall would we stay there again 50/50 on that.

The property is in a superb location on a deserted beach, sunsets are stunning and the saltwater pool is very impressive. Great breakfast with a great egg station and good array of options. Swim up bar and snack bar with a nice restaurant for the evening. Also good fitness room and a wonderful Spa, would recommend the couples massage experience.
