The location was amazing, right within walking distance of most things around. Staff were nice and friendly. The room are nice. Wish they were a bit bigger though

What can I say, my review is somewhat biased as I spend a lot of time at the Hilton Cardiff (it's my home away from home) The staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
I love the online chat feature in the app and the staff are always very prompt with responding, as someone who has anxiety and doesn't always feel comfortable using the telephone, I really appreciate this feature and the ease of use.
The hotel itself is lovely as always. The rooms were very clean, spacious and very comfortable.
The executive lounge is always a nice treat and is something I look forward to. Just that space and time to relax away from the hustle and bustle is very much needed.
There was only 1 main lift working (with a smaller lift at the rear of the hotel), but if your feeling fit, the stairs are a great alternative.
The Graze restaurant is lovely and offers a varied selection of food and drink. The breakfast options are always amazing. Restaurant staff are also lovely and welcoming.
My only niggle if any, would be that the lounge needs some air conditioning or large fans, as it's been extremely warm in there over the last few weeks.
It might just be the Hilton, but it's the staff that makes it an amazing hotel.
Looking forward to our return home away from home vist.

2泊3日 プレジデンシャルスイートに滞在。
2泊ともきちんと清掃がされていない。
•足りないバスローブ。指摘するとチョコレートがついたバスローブを持ってきた。
•放置された使用済みグラス
•ぐちゃぐちゃの棚
•クリームがついたままの洗面台
•放置された空のボディーソープ
•ドア前に放置されたマグカップ
•汚れたマグカップ
•足りないマグカップ。指摘すると形の違うマグカップを雑に設置。
•壊れた電話
指摘するも謝罪だけ。部屋も変えられないと。
1500字では書ききれない。
駐車場もホテル前のロータリーもひどい。
ホテルの周りは吸い殻だらけ。スタッフはいるのになんにもしない。
朝食会場のホールスタッフの女性はおしゃべりに夢中。衛生観念に欠けている。
チェックアウト時には笑顔で滞在はどうだったか聞いてくる。
問題の共有は一切されていない。

Stayed on the 8th of May in room 339 only one lift was working which left lengthy delays.my partner couldn’t walk to another lift due to having a quadruple heart bypass. Half the sockets in the room were not working. No mirror near a plug socket to do my hair pretty poor

Hotel and room were really first class and clearly recently refurbished
The only negatives were the pool area which is so run down and tired and there was only one working lift which meant long waits for breakfast and check out

Amazing stay, staff were so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the rest of the day! The highlight of our stay was the pillows on our bed… PERFECTION. Would love to stay again.

Very good experience. Close proximity to city and castle.
Issue was the elevator out for the entire time that made entry and exit stranded / difficult - we stayed 6 days and it was out the entire time and other who stayed there regularly indicated it was regularly like this.

A wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. All staff members were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The check-in experience was excellent, our room was available earlier than expected and we were given 2 complimentary drinks as it was my partners birthday. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom facilities very good. I marked the cleanliness down a little bit as there was a stain on the pillow and sellotape on the walls. Also, it would’ve been nice to have had some drinking water in the room. One of the lifts was out of order so the one lift that was available was very busy! Breakfast was nice, plenty to choose from and not too busy. We would definitely stay here again.

Very very friendly reception staff. I go to the hotel at 11am to drop my cases and was allowed to check in early. A massive time saver! Room was great (lovely fluffy pillows)

The hotel is ok. It’s in a great location. So convenient for everything Cardiff has to offer. The hotel is looking pretty tired. The rooms, the hallways all need updating. The pool is nice but it was busy and they were doing work on the roof I believe so didn’t feel or look very special. Breakfast was pretty good. A good base for a city visit but doesn’t have a 4 start feel to it.

Great to have a pool, and gym facilities. Parking options not immediately clear, so ended up parking in NCP car park nearby. Great location a short walk from city centre bars, restaurants and shops.
