Kinda comfy for its price, however they never ever 'clean' your room up. Only thing they do is replace towels and make up bed

전체적으로 괜찮았습니다. 욕실이 작아서 좀 불편했지만 가격대비 괜찮습니다.

위치가 시드니 교외에 위치하고 있고 우리나라의 전철이라고 할 수 있는 시티레일에서 거리가 조금 있어서 렌트카 없이는 접근이 아주 불편하더군요. 저는 렌트카가 있어서 상관 없었지만... 가격이 시드니 지역에서 저렴하다는 것 빼고는 별로 추천할만한 내용은 없어요. 인도계 애들이 운영하는 것 같은데 4인 식구에 카드키 하나 줘서 하나만 더 달라고 하니 카드를 집어 던지다시피 줘서 욕 나오는 것 참았고 둘째날에는 조카가 영어를 잘 못 해 아침에 청소해줄까는 말에 'No'라고 대답했다는 사실을 몰랐던 저는 저녁에 돌아와 보니 타월을 갈지 않아서 새타월 달라고 요구했더니 안 된다고 해서 실랑이를 벌였던 기억이 나네요. 상황을 설명했는데도 청소는 하루 한번밖에 안 해준다며 궤변을 펼치던 기억이 나네요. 호주라는 나라가 물가가 워낙 비싸다보니 가격은 메리트가 있는데 위치면에서나 서비스면에서는 추천하고 싶지 않아요.

I don't know why this hotel gets so many bad reviews. It's not the Hilton, but it definitely lives up to it's rating. Subject to rates, I will definitely stay again.

Staff The receptionist was extremely rude.

We could tell they had lots going on but they still made our stay as comfortable as possible and gave us directions to the closest shops. Rooms were comfortable and good size! Would recommend for sure.

I have stayed at the hotel before with the previous owners this stay. Disappointing. Called me in them and left a message to say would cancel booking if I didn’t pay in an hour. I always paid at the hotel - I’ll also note people were paying at the hotel when I got there. Then tried to say couldn’t find my booking on arrival. This kept going until I said I paid this am and have booking proof. they tried to say it was under another name but I saw on paperwork it had my name. But I also noticed they were trying to charge people $300 a night. I paid just over $100 I had booked months ago. I now believe they worked out Metallica was on and trying to get more money and tried to fake I had no booking so I would have to book at a cheaper rate. None of it made sense. No extra blankets or pillows in room anymore, no hair dryer just bare minimal. The location has always been convenient but I don’t like the new owners.

Fridge wasnt working

very poorly maintained building, bathrooms very run down, floors very sticky like not mopped, beds not changed as there were multiple hairs under the covers

The location is great, so you can park the car and use public transport to city

Surprisingly, this hotel is a lot different to how it appears from outside. Once entering, you notice that it is a heavy, well built construct, with secure preferred upgrades. I would expect to pay a lot more staying at such a premises. The $200 bond is a bit inconvenient though, and takes a while to return.

I know that we should not expect much for the cost, it is a budget hotel but I think it could have been cleaner. My hubby and I traveled up from Melbourne for the weekend. We chose this hotel for its location for where we had to be. The first thing we noticed was the dust on the floor when we walked in, plus the slightly musty smell. The dust on the front of the aircon didn't thrill me either. When putting our food into the fridge I was a bit concerned that the shelves had not been attended too for a while as there were spill marks on both shelves. I would also like to point out that it may be a good thing for house-keeping to do and check kettles when turning the rooms over, as the one in our room had water in it and it was a bit old smelling. The bed was ok, tho only 2 flat pillows was not helpful, thankfully I had my own so my hubby could have both on the bed. The bathroom was clean enough, just annoying that the water flows all over the floor so you have to make sure you have nothing down. Other things that house-keeping really need to be more attentive to is wiping down remotes, nothing worse than touching sticky remotes! The other "ick" was the hair on the bedside table that did not belong to either of us, bit yuck but thats why I carry wipes with me. Long and short, this is a good thing for short overnight, maybe 2, stays. Be mindful it is on the highway so you will hear the traffic all night, thin walls too. It served us for what we needed at the time.
