좋은 건 주차장이 넓고 무료라는 것 뿐이다. 모든 것이 좋지 못 하다. 소음 종합세트로 제대로 잘 수도 없고, 컨시어지는 항상 자리를 지키는 것은 아니다. 객실은 마치 불법 구조변경한 것처럼 이상한 모양을 하고 있다. 블편하게 이를 데 없다. 가격을 생각하더라도 부당하다는 기분을 지울 수 없었다. 그리고 당연히 그렇듯 인터넷은 안 된다. 시설 자체가 되어 있지 않았다. 다음에 이곳을 가야한다고 누군가 말한다면, 차라리 공항에서 노숙을 하는 게 어떻겠냐고 말하겠다.

It was a very last minute booking because of a flight cancellation and I wasn’t sure what to expect but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff at reception, the bar and coffee in the morning were super lovely and accommodating.

My recent stay at this hotel fell short of expectations. The room quality did not align with online representations, appearing less appealing in person. Check-in was protracted due to a single receptionist managing both guest arrivals and the adjacent gaming area. A significantly higher bond was required (four times the typical amount), which was unexpected. A particular frustration involved the pool and gym access. Despite prominent signage indicating a 10:00 PM closing time, access was denied at 9:00 PM. Following a considerable delay and intervention from a security guard, we were finally granted entry, only to be advised against using the facilities due to the imminent 10:00 PM closure (with only 8 minutes remaining). This process was inefficient and wasted our time. Furthermore, the hotel's location is affected by prevalent smoking outside, and the rooms lack adequate soundproofing, contributing to noticeable noise disturbances. These aspects negatively impacted the comfort of our stay.

Enjoy staying at Mecure Caroline Springs. Facilities are quiet, clean and tidy. Team is very hospitable.

Clean and spacious room. Plenty of free undercover parking. Conveniently located across from numerous shops (groceries, food, health, general goods). Would definitely stay again as a base for the western suburbs.

It was ok expected more

After staying in many overseas hotels this brand could still learn a lot around customer service. The hotel is looking very tired. The rooms & customer service are more like motel standard rather than hotel standard. Therefore the price of the rooms are not valid. On a positive note, the linen and pillows are very good, the secure carpark is good, and the location is perfect. I feel it is the location that affords them so much business, and they have taken this for granted to the point where customer service and tired looking rooms are of no concern to upgrade and customer volume is taken for granted despite average to poor customer experience. A shame. I would prefer not to stay here ever again..but the location is near perfect.

The hotel was in a great position, close to shopping centre with supermarkets and lots of options for dining including the on site restaurants.

We had major dramas the first night, room card would not open parking garage door, other guests were allocated our room and walked in on us at 4am and then reception rang about 4.30pm and wanted us to verify our room number and said we were allocated another room. Next day the room card wouldn't open the door, toilets in the public area were filthy.
