친절하고 클래식한 시설이 노후는 됐지만 넓고 관리가 잘 되어 충분히 좋았습니다. 위치는 완벽하네요

Worst hotel ever I was staying during last 2 years in Brisbane. WIFI was not connected whole 10 days staying. No house keeping was arranged even the contract condition was there.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. It is in the downtown. The room is very spacious. The hotel is an apartment style, and does not have a restaurant in it. However, there is a restaurant/café on the hotel building’s ground floor which opens at 7:00 or 7:30 as far as I remember. My family and I (four people) stayed in this hotel, and would love to come again next time.

호텔이 브리즈번 시티 한복판에 있기 때문에 시티 내의 어느 곳에 가든지 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 마트, 유명 레스토랑, 지하철, 버스, 페리 정류장이 모두 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 객실은 높은 천장 때문인지 동일한 규모의 다른 호텔 객실에 비해 훨씬 커보이고 답답한 느낌도 없습니다. 또한 객실 내에 간이 주방 및 조리 도구가 갖추어져 있어서 간단한 요리를 할 수도 있어 좋았습니다. 또한 객실 청결 및 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다. 그러나 욕실 내 샴푸, 비누 등 어메니티의 질이 조금 떨어지고 왜인지 모르겠지만 칫솔,치약이 구비되어 있지 않으므로 세면도구들은 따로 챙겨 가는 편이 좋을 것 같습니다. 그리고 호텔스닷컴에는 체크인이 24시간으로 기재되어 있으나 체크인 시간은 1시부터 입니다. 전체적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 다시 브리즈번에 가게 되다면 꼭 또 한번 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다.

First, the staff was very friendly. There was a problem with our clothes dryer and the staff person took care of the situation quickly by taking our clothes and having them dry in another room and bringing the clothes back to us. The room was spacious and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The location great being in the CBD. The only quibble was the price was a little high which may be due to the location. When I return next time, I plan to stay here again.

Summary: they charged me a bogus fee for using a bed that should have been included in my reservation. It felt like a bait and switch and I really didn't like it. I booked a room for a family of five people. I was placed in a room with one queen/king sized bed, two twin beds, and a full/queen pull out sofa. Should be fine as there are 6 bed spaces in the room. However, at check in the receptionist said there was an extra $50/night to use the pull out. I pointed out that use of the pull out would be necessary to have a bed space for each person in my reservation and the receptionist agreed to send someone up to make up the pull out. She never insisted on payment, so I stayed. It turned out that the hotel was short on bedding, but eventually they found a single sheet, a small blanket, and a single pillow to make up the pull out. Not ideal but okay for a child. Certainly not worth $50/night. Then at checkout, as I'm trying to head to the airport, a different receptionist insisted that I pay for the pull out. Again, a classic bait and switch. How does a booking for 5 people not include the use of 5 bed spaces? How is a sheet, a pillow and a blanket worth $50/night? Why was it not clear I was being charged until checkout? I don't know the answers to these questions, but I do know I'd never stay here again.

Room is showing wear and tear. Dust high up on walls. Staff efficient, great location, generous room size.

Very nice hotel , handy to all facilities. Staff very very good . Would stay here again. Tidy and clean . The only problem is the water pipes when toilets is filling make some strange whistling noise

Good central location. Only a 20 minute walk to Southbank. Rooms are large and clean.

Great location and the night shift staff was very polite and helpful. However the place is overall very run-down and it seems that whatever room service they have is below-par, to say the least. They didn't make our bed the first night, they took our towels and forgot to bring new ones, the dishwasher was used by the previous tenants but was not emptied and it stunk, the blankets had massive stains...just to name a few issues; and this "old place smell" still hunts me. I'm not sure how it got a 9.2 rating on Expedia tbh. Unless the place gets a revamp in multiple ways, I would avoid it.

Can't beat the location. The property was quiet. It's old but was clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind. My room had a view of the office building wall next door and the mechanical equipment. Not great. The only real issue was the room was not ready by check in time, 2pm. They held my bag and requested that I return at 2:45. Still wasn't ready but was before 3pm. I'd stay there again if in Brisbane though.

Location is great. Parking is just up the street. Room was spacious and clean and well equipped. Could use some blackout blinds but other than that it was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the rooms in this hotel have deteriorated significantly over the last few years. It's a shame as it is an excellent location and staff are lovely and helpful. The entrance, corridors etc are absolutely gorgeous. But the rooms need serious attention. Our room needed a deep clean to remove the many dirty marks on the walls. A plasterer to repair the chunks of missing plaster on the walls would be good. Also the furniture looks old and dirty and needs refurbishing. I only stayed here as I was travelling with my elderly mother, who needed to be close to the Queen St bus station. I was horrified to see a large burn mark on her blanket (which she couldn't see). The blanket had been made on the bed, and the mark obviously ignored by the room attendant. I have stayed here many times before and it used to be a good quality hotel. Certainly stay if the location is a priority, but not if you are looking for a quality room.

Very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. Love the character with the modern. The dryer was not drying but they offered to dry them in another one which solved the problem. Little issues they need to tend to (small leak under sink, hair dryer not working)
