아주좋았어요

위치는 시내라 좋았어요. 건물은 좀 오래된듯 보이지만 방은 깨끗해요. 방크기는 조금 작고, 기타 호텔들에 비해 온도 조절장치는 아주 좋습니다. 원하는 온도에 딱 맞춰주니 좋았습니다.

위치도 좋고 리셉션 직원분이 영어도 잘 하시고 매우 친절하셔서 지내는 동안 좋았습니다.

It's near by some good restaurant, shopping center and not far from downtown. The only bad memory I had got was I couldn't get the FULL BODY SPA even though I made a reservation a day ago. I checked the confirmation over 2 times but they just forgot to get the room for my parents!! Olive and Kitty, best kind managers, apologized to me for that and tried to make amends also didn't forget the room numbers to help check-out and gave us minibar service for free. The others were perfect to stay in Chongqing and to enjoy my holiday with family.

Its toooo wonderful when I stayed there. when I arrived at the JW. they showed me all of it for comfortment. when the check-in, kitty said just say u need anything, no matter what I can help u. I didn’t have like that saying when I stayed at the other hotel. I stayed at intercontinental / hilton hotels but there were very bad, unkindly, uncomfortable, especially concierge service was too bad. they just look at me when I need ther taxi service.

This property is in a pretty good location that there are many shops and restaurants around. They did remember my birthday when I checked out on my birthday and gave me a little parting gift. The staff was decent, but I wouldn’t say they are friendly because they hardly say greetings to me. There were some parts of the room that I think it needs a little finish work and touch up due to wear and tear. The room was clean and I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. There was nothing really stood out for me by this hotel. Considering that I have stayed at other JW Marriott hotels before, I thought that my experience here was underwhelming. I expected more than what I got from the staff and the property. I expected the staff to be more friendlier, and the hotel conditions are in great shape.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Clean room, great area, very helpful staff who helped me purchase / book a couple of events. The gym is also amazing! Highly recommended!

I arrived to my stay at JW Marriott in Chongqing, where I paid $761.72 for a room, that included an extra guest fee of $215.80 since it required me to pay that for a room with 3 guests. When I arrived to the hotel, our room only had two twin beds, which had no room to fit the 3 of us. I already shared this complaint with the hotel, who did nothing to accomodate us in this situation. They said that I am able to receive a refund, but it has to be through Expedia since I booked with you guys. They also said that there is no extra charge for having 3 guests, and they did nothing to accomodate for the extra guest even though I was charged for it. Because of this, my family member ended up sleeping on the floor of the hotel room for 4 days and neither the hotel nor Expedia has offered me any compensation or solution. The staff member Cora was extremely unhelpful and showed no sympathy or care for my situation. I was basically scammed by this hotel and she did nothing to help resolve the situation. They need to work on better hospitality skills, especially in a 5 star establishment.

The hotel was very quiet and I was very satisfied. The location was also very good. It took a while to check in early in the morning.

Convenient location for dining and shopping, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I stayed at a Marriott property, and while the room was smaller than expected for the brand, it was generally clean and functional. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was an okay stay nothing exceptional, but decent for a short visit.

Very hospitable and friendly. The executive lounge offers a great view and services. The wellness facility was also satisfactory.

No room even around 4pm. Unexpected.

bedding is comfortable, not the pillow. Breakfast is great.
