버몬즈 로크, 타워 브리지

Located in a chill, hip neighborhood of Bermondsey, within a walking distance to many interesting tourist spots but not too touristy. Staffs are extra kind and amazing. Liked the room, full kitchen, washer and dryer in the room. Definitely recommend this place for any of my friends visiting London and would love to revisit again in the future.

지금까지 묵었던 런던 숙소 중에 단연 최고였어요! 조리시설이 있어서 간단한 음식도 해먹을 수 있었고, 로비에 훌륭한 카페도 있어서 노트북을 사용하고 아침식사를 하기에도 알맞았습니다. 온수문제로 직원에게 문의했을때도 너무나 친절히 응대해줬고 서비스가 매우 빨랐어요:) 다음에도 또 묵고 싶은 곳 입니다.

Honestly the extra star is for the staff. They were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. However, this property does not look like the above pictures…anymore. The rooms are dated, with scuff marks, and general wear and tear. The TV was almost hanging off the wall, and the bed was really uncomfortable. We also had issues with the AC, but luckily we had mild weather the whole trip so it wasn’t too bad. For some reason, we were put into an accessible room, which was not great. The room itself was spacious, but the wet room/bathroom was a massive problem. For starters, there is an accessible sink right at the toilet, and for two people over 5’9”, this was a problem (aka we had to sit on the toilet sideways…). But the biggest issue was the shower, which just had a singular drain in the floor. We were there 4 days and I don’t think the floor was ever dry. Plus, with there being no housekeeping, our wet towels (which we had to use to dry the floor) sat in the corner making the whole room smell foul and damp. We thought about asking to change rooms, but after looking on the website I saw that the hotel was full. The area was nice - but a bit of a trek to nearest tube station. Overall, the hotel itself is around 2 and a half stars in my opinion - having stayed at other Locke properties, it definitely wasn’t up to standard.

Clean, cool design and well appointed

The front desk staff were amazing. I had a few issues, but they were looked after with tremendous help from the front desk staff. They were a pleasure to deal with. I was confident that my best interests were being looked after.

Our room's thermostat was not working and our room was at least 20 degrees hotter than any other room in the hotel. No maintenance crew on weekends and it was promised to be fixed on Monday and was not. Three nights of sweating all night as if we were in a sauna. Half the lights in the hotel room were not working either. Our room key did not work half the time and i had to go to the front desk multiple times to get new keys

Nice location with close bus stops and 10 minutes walk to the Tube station and 5 minute walk to tower bridge. It was a small room but it had everything you needed, refrigerator, stove top, oven and washer dryer combo. This was the second time we stayed there.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were missing the tv remote f on our room and Zac took care of it quickly. Our bathroom was an accessible one although we did not need it. I found it not as fresh as I would like and the tiles were a bit stained with mould. The cafe was super convenient and we enjoyed a quick lunch and delicious breakfast. Service was great with staff working hard to prep orders and serve clients in the common area.

Giant towels and towel warmer! Stove, oven, fridge. Walking distance to Tower Bridge was huge plus.

Super Lage

Room was very spacious. Hair dryer was missing from room so had to go to reception to ask for one. Iron was broken so had to go down to reception again for a replacement. Bed was quite small for 2 people but it was comfortable with good pillows. I would stay here again..

Excellent location. Good staff quick check in. And really nice room. Good Mexican food and cocktails downstairs as well as a good coffee from the onsite barista. Only negative was the foisty smell in the bathroom.

Café in the hotel was friendly and excellent

We stayed 12 nights and it was wonderful. Close to Tube, restaurants and groceries. Quiet with a comfortable bed. We were able to see lots of great things in London. Will definitely come back.

Das Zimmer war sauber, Es war alles vorhanden,was ich für den Aufenthalt gebraucht habe. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Vor der Tür gibt es direkt eine Bushaltestelle,zur Underground dauert es 10 Minuten. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man zu Fuss erreichen,ebenso wie einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte.

Convenient location near restaurants and grocery stores as well as close proximity to landmarks like Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Room size was good for a European hotel and the price provided good value for money. Cleanliness could be improved but should not be a detractor for those looking for good value.

Usually stay here when visiting London. The hotel location is great & the room well appointed and comfortable. Love the local neighborhood. A Mexican restaurant has opened on the ground level of the hotel, this had thumping music which we could hear from our room on the 3rd floor. This was a shame as the foyer area & hotel generally was otherwise very peaceful.

Great place to stay. Very close to tower bridge and lots of different restaurants and bars. The staff was excellent and rooms were clean and full of all the amenities you need
