The location is amazing. Service is not great. Room was dirty, terrible water smell in the room that they tried to mask with pumping air freshener through the vents. Elevators broken. Bed was uncomfortable, towels dirty and had holes in them. Very unhappy with experience.

Good location near Tower Bridge. Room was clean. Comfortable spaces outside the room to chill. I even tried the hammock as we were on the ground floor! Staff on front desk varied , some were more helpful than others. There were two of us and we were staying two nights . We had to ask for a second set of towels and more than 2 tea bags.

Bermonds Locke is stylish and well-located, with a great café downstairs and a modern apartment-style feel. The rooms are comfortable, but the experience is quite self-service, there are no traditional hotel amenities like luggage carts or concierge-style support. Noise from plumbing and laundry can be noticeable, so it’s better suited to guests who don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room and are comfortable with a more independent stay.

This hotel looks like a premium luxury boutique hotel. however, it is a nice apartment hotel that is more directed to long stay than your traditional full service hotel experience. Nothing wrong with that, but my expectation was that this would be more traditional hotel than apartment hotel.

Room ok although not cleaned or towel change in 3 days..Staff hard to understand upon arrival,had to write on paper,some confusion about booking.Breakfast poor,cold servings on lukewarm hotplates,dined elsewhere remainder of stay.One of our group members was woken at 11pm over booking confusion although no valid reason given.Blank expression from manager when checking out.Room charged for one month before arrival,receipt clearly said pay at property.Incredible change of pricing,dependant on time of week,no consistency.Probably wont return...
