Clean room, nice staff and good area

Yes everything was fine but there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room .

Very clean hotel, with very pleasant and helpful staff. No bar or restaurant. Generally well equipped, though the bed seemed to be slightly shorter than standard, this resulted in a fitful sleep pattern.

My wife and myself booked the Easy Hotel so we could go see a show, when we arrived the safe were friendly, This is where it went down hill, I was asked for a debit or credit card, even though the room had already been paid for, If I had know this at booking I would not have booked, One in our room on the 2nd floor, It was clean, but very cramped, Bed at a strange angle because of a box section in the room, so you couldnt walk around the bed( I moved the bed so we could), The bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat was loose so when sat on it moved, the shower was a trickle so not that good. There is also a big draft coming through the window in the room we stayed in, needless to say didnt get much sleep at all. I wouldnt recommend this hotel if I am honest

Does what it says on the tin. Every expense is genuinely spared. 5cm of space between bed and bedroom walls, little to no storage space in room, you will emerge with bruised knees and legs. VFM in the sense you wouldn't want to pay a penny more. Friendly front desk staff. Free water in a paper cup to take up to your room. £2.50 a tea or coffee to take up to your room. great location though for a night or two on the town!

Right in the middle of town… close to amenities. Room was clean and great value for money. It’s a no fuss hotel and great for just a short stay.

Lovely welcome at reception, got given a welcome pack as I was competing in the greta north run which was a lovely touch!

Nice property, clean and staff polite. Expensive, since they don’t supply the little extras, such as a kettle!!

A nice and quiet hotel

It was basic, bed was uncomfortable, not enough pillows. No drink making in the room, £2.50 for hot beverage vending in foyer. Only good thing was central location, but not ideal if driving as car park cost outweighs cheap hotel room. If driving get a better hotel with parking

For the price, the hotel is fine. Good location. Beds in the superior room weren’t very comfortable but for the price, they were fine for one night.

City centre location, ideal for quayside. Don't like the idea of leaving my card details. No coffee/ tea facilities in rooms, no air conditioning remote. It was cold. Bed is super comfy though.

Staff were nice room were small and plain but was clean

Bit noisy air con in room so didn't sleep the best, but cheap and cheerful otherwise

Easy to use, quiet, well labelled inside, etc.
