친구 추천으로 갔는데 방 너무 좁아서 가방을 펼쳐놓을 수가 없었음. 4박중 침대시트 한번도 안 갈아주고 화장실 배수 고쳐달라고 3번 얘기함. 아침도 별로임.

The rooms are very clean. We stayed in Cheltenham for a wedding so unfortunately didn’t visit the rest of the hotel as we were short of time but it appeared to be very chic

I booked a Club Deluxe room which was nice and spacious. I know that the bath and shower are inside the bedroom with no walls before I booked and thought thats fine as I was staying by myself anyways.

Pretty nice hotel but I was disappointed at little things in the room that didn't work- a lot of switches that didn't activate anything; shower head pointed directly onto the sloped edge of the bath so both me and my partner slipped when trying to shower (yes I know there is a bath mat provided but I also didn't expect to be showering on a hill). Service at breakfast was poor considering it was the last hour of breakfast and there were only two other parties dining. Food was good but service staff spent more time clearing other empty tables than removing our dirty plates that had collected as you would expect during a continental breakfast. And it wasn't like we overstayed our welcome past the 10am end of the breakfast slot.

This is a nice hotel, well placed in a quiet quarter, and close to the shops and eateries of the town, It was clean and the bedroom of a good size. Only complaint was the breakfast where the service was slow and the staff "sullen" (the rest were very helpful and pleasant). The Americano coffee, out of a machine, was pretty tasteless.

It was okay. Air conditioning wasn't working in our room and front desk was great in moving to a junior suite, but that felt tired with creaky floors and doors. Plus music that went on through the night

A great place to stay in Cheltenham. Beautiful building, delicious restaurant food and exception service. Comfy rooms and great service.

Great Boutique style Hotel. We stayed in the spacious signature suite. The room was clean but bed was not great. Shower was fantastic but sink tap flow of water was very poor ( no pressure). Hotel overall is looking a bit tired. Walls and floors could do with a re paint and polish. Staff excellent and breakfast very good.

Good experience overall and good staff experience. Room is really well set up for business travelers

I was looking forward to my stay at the malmaison ahead of an exam the next day. I have stayed at other hotels in the chain and the stay has always been great.

Great hidden gem

Stayed lots before excellent hotel

見た目は歴史ある門構えですが、中はモダンなデザインです。部屋も広々していて、エアコンも設置されており快適でした。ショッピングやレストランも近くにあり、街歩きのアクセスには良い立地です。 にちようだったので、お店はほとんど閉まってました。

Everything excellent, except for the air-con which struggled to bring the temperature down

Great hotel and good location for easy walk into the town, local restaurants and bars within easy reach. Clean hotel undergoing some exterior improvements but not in a bad condition and unobtrusive too. Comfy room with all you need

Lovely relaxed hotel

Overall, a very good stay. The communal areas were stylish and comfortable, the breakfast was very good (although £23 per head) and the room was large and had a lovely seating area in a bay window. The shower was really great - strong and hot! The location was also fabulous. A few small negatives that could be improved easily: 1) No tea or kettle in the rooms, just a coffee machine. Meant I couldn't sit and enjoy a cup of tea in the room in the mornings. 2) The bathroom was very dark and there were no shelves or places to put anything. A little cupboard or shelf under or next to the sink would've been useful. 3) The mirror above the desk - when you sit in the chair, the mirror is too high to see yourself in, so it's no use at all!
