Clean room and refurbished hotel, central for everything.

Reception staff were very helpful

Great hotel, Clean Comfortable Room. Modern decor. Lifts are a bit small though. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.

Le séjour s’est globalement bien passé, mais avec quelques points à améliorer. La chambre n’était pas à la hauteur des attentes : plusieurs taches sur la moquette, une moquette usée et un trou dans le voilage de la fenêtre, ce qui donne une impression de manque d’entretien. En revanche, le personnel du service restauration et de nettoyage a été très agréable et professionnel, ce qui est appréciable. Point négatif concernant l’accueil : le personnel n’est pas très avenant et ne fait pas d’efforts pour parler français, ce qui peut compliquer la communication et donner une première impression peu chaleureuse.

Clean large room. Other hotels offer water in rooms though. Strange smell in bathroom. Was offered breakfast at extra charge although included. Overall, fine but I think other hotels are better

The receptionist was so helpful and kind to respond to my query about the hairdryer and came promptly to my room to help me find it and was very gracious when I realised it had been there the whole time in a black bag on the hanger and I totally missed that! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had the best shower. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and hot drinks. It was in a good location for the conference I attended at the St Thomas centre next to the cathedral.

The hotel and facilities were really nice and very clean. Staff very friendly. I would stay again.

The AC worked great. The staff wete friendly and smiling. The lobby is relaxing.

Room was clean a.d comfortable. Bathroom had been updated and was well set out with good lighting and nice toiletries.

Room clean and comfortable. I liked the full curtains that did not let a lot of light in it's surprising how much light pollution there is despite being on the 6 floor. 1-200 yards away from bus station and city centre.

Not clear re parking that additional gate opens without having to go into reception Room very cold , even when temperature turned to maximum . Disturbed twice in the morning by staff thinking no one in the room , well before check out time .

Was greeted at reception by a lovely upbeat and friendly lady, the room was clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great heating. The room also had adjustable A/C which had a wonderful heating option. No faults or problems.

It was ok. The staff were absolutely fabulous, really helpful, smiley and friendly. I had lunch yesterday which was an panini and the cheese wasn’t melted properly so a bit disappointing. Then I had soup today which said on the menu came with warm sour dough. It came with a slice of toast. Last night I bought a bottle of wine at the bar which was listed as £32, which is fine. The bar tender turns around, got the bottle of the shelf and gave it to me. Then my bill came and it was £35.50. I asked why and she said there’s a “discretionary” 10% service added to everything. Now I don’t mind leaving a tip for good service but I felt this was wrong. I also wonder if the staff receive said service charge. My gut tells me not. Having said that my room was comfortable and I slept well. The Wi-Fi was fast and I could stream with it so that was good. I enjoyed my stay but did feel a few corners were being cut and the service charge thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth

Ten out of ten. Room was lovely. Menu a bit limited but I understand why.
