피지에 많은 호텔과 리조트를 숙박을 했지만 하이드어웨이는 또다른 즐거움이였어요 장점. 가성비. 다양한 액티비티 프로그램. 조식. 넓은 객실. 멋진 해변 .친절한 직원들 단점 유일한 단점은 식당직원의 비상식적인 인종차별적 발언

I loved my stay. Stayed with my family of 6. Staff were amazing. So friendly. Food was great. Location with great view. Just loved it and highly recommend.

The property was a little neglected. We had trouble getting ANY towels. No towels in our room and no towels at the pool. We finally got pool towels after about an hour(around 12noon) and used them in the room until we finally got room towels at 7pm. We ate at the restaurant and the view is beautiful and the food was great. The bure we stayed in was comfortable.

Great activities for the kids. The entertainment in the evening was great, lots going on. Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Apart from the Tandoori Kitchen, only open weekends, the food options for dinner were average. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options, happy with that. We had a 2-room bungalow with ocean view which was great.

We love Fiji hideaway! Second time back, this time with the whole family. It’s a beautiful place with phenomenal staff.

Overall experience was okay for 3 nights for the price we paid. The best part of the place is the nice long beach. The restaurant was reasonably priced and pleasant. The breakfast was also satisfactory. The place requires some serious maintenance. It might have been an awesome place 20years ago but it’s very run down now. Simple cleaning might refresh the place. Things to be aware before visiting this place 1. Ants and mosquitoes in the room: wired nets on the window but quite a bit damaged and gaps. Tiny ants were crawling on the bed. 2. The pool towel availability is real dodgy. They ran out of pool towels when only a dozen people were at the pool side. 3. The pool water wasn’t clear. 4. Very low water pressure for the shower 5. No drinking water provided. We were told to buy bottled water from the store (8-9fj$ for a large bottle). 6. No TV in the room 7. No phone and internet in the room (Saw some people ordering room service at the reception, which was a fair bit away from some rooms) 8. None of the taps outside work. The sign said sand needed to be washed off before entering the pool but nowhere to do so. 9. Reef shoes are a must to swim at the beach. 10. Only one restaurant was available on site. 11. Some rooms are quite far away. We easily did over 10,000steps each day simply walking to and from the restaurant. 12. The reception does not provide any transportation info other than offering very expensive the resort’s own shuttle option.

The resort is a bit dated and could use a refresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay. We stayed in the ocean view room with the most stunning beach in front of. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms need a bit of TLC but we concentrated on the positive rather then negative and there is so much positives at this place. Staff are amazing,friendly and welcoming. Plenty of activities, night entertainment. The only problem was that we didn't stay longer

Hideaway Resort had a fantastic atmosphere

Staff were excellent. The owner of the property could put in an effort to maintain of upgrade some things. But overall, it was a peaceful experience. Highly recommended.

Definitely in need of some modern updates. Bedding, quality of the mattress and access to hot water were areas in need of improvement. Not having WiFi access in rooms, a TV or even a phone to connect with the front desk are issues as well. Food quality and service at the restaurant isn’t great. AC had issues too. Bed bugs possibly.

Just wonderful staff and a very nice resort unfortunately it was windy and overcast most of the week we were there. Snorkeling was ok but the coral looks to have taken a battering and while we sa fish every time we went out they were sparse rather than abundant. Restaurant had good service but food was average. A nice break though

Property very shabby and dirty. Food disgusting some looked like slops and cold. No first aid kit at resort or defib. Linen very old and worn. The housekeeping staff were helpful but front of desk very lazy. The laundry you wouldnt wash your cat in there.

Absolutely revolting. The food was inedible (with bugs in meals!). Pool slide didn't work half the time (many many kids ended up with split heads from this slide)No sauna as advertised. Only 1 restaurant open. Half the group had no water / no hot water. Very very slow service for drinks and food. The activities were also a let down. The tie dying we booked in for 5 days later as they needed supplies the morning of they still didn't have, once we were told it was good to go they still didn't have what we needed. The school tour is a 2km each way walk along the side of the main road, not ideal with small children!! The boat tour was terrifying, we weren't listened to when we asked if we could go back as it was dangerous conditions. The fire walking was the biggest let down, running across a main road in the dark to watch 4 men stand on 1 hot rock a couple of time, nothing like the fire walking entertainment ive experienced in fiji before. We love fiji but will never stay at Hideaway again.

Great especially if travelling with children, activities all day,& pool with slide well used. Staff very friendly & remember guests

It's location is good just off the highway, there was only one restaurant which was operating during our stay, I thought the price and the serving amount were way off, the portion were very small and price was very high, the kids menu remained the same throughout our stay so the kids started complaining about it, they had kids activities displayed on the board but nothing happened during our stay so we had to take them to explore other things, our room was located at the far end and I was abit uncomfortable staying out that way but nothing happened, when we checked out they charged us 70.00 fjd I asked whats that for the receptionist said its for the local school we were not informed about these charges ahead of our booking, so when you check out make sure you check your bill. The staff were friendly made us feel welcomed, the gardeners shared some coconuts with us. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Vinaka

Wonderful beach location. The bure was spacious, but dated. Staff are lovely and definitely make your stay more special. Be prepared for ‘Fiji time’ as things happen a bit more slowly. We loved that they partnered with a rescue group to help stray animals in the area.
