My only disappointment was that the breakfast and parking where very expensive

Clean room, staff was friendly, and it was nice and quiet.

Staff were wonderful, room small, no heated floor in bsthtoom but bed comfortable.

Room was great, spacious, lots of space for jackets. Nice central location with great walkability! Check in was smooth; loved the complimentary phone with basic data and phone line that we could take around town.

The staff were amazing! We got in on a 10am flight and were able to check in early with no extra cost. There was a water machine that had free Icelandic water, including sparkling water. There's a Starbucks and a restaurant connected to the hotel which is very convenient. The location was very central and ideal, as well.

Shower room is poorly designed.

Centrally located on a street meant for walking. Restaurants, shopping and bars nearby. THE street in Reykjavik. Front desk was very professional. Had a nice looking restaurant in the lobby and the first Starbucks in Iceland is one door over. (it opened in 2025) I remember a comfortable bed, a clean room, an effective elevator and a showerhead that took some time to figure out. We did not eat at the hotel. All in all, a great stay. We parked on the street one block north. Street parking for long periods is expensive here during the week, but free from 9pm to 10am. If you are a tourist you can literally walk to everything.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of town. Easy to walk to everything. Great staff and accommodations. Lovely restaurant on site as well.

Great location

The room had a really nice cosy feel to it and felt spacious. We loved the balcony from which we saw the Northern lights. The bathroom had a good shower and lovely L'Occitane toiletries. Staff on reception were super friendly and helpful. The highlight for us was the breakfast which had plenty of choice and delicious coffee and sourdough which we have not stopped talking about! The Starbucks was handy in reception. We only saw afterwards that we would have got a discount by showing our room key - would have been good if this was notified to us on arrival. Location fantastic - close to bus stops for the airport and tours and walkable to everything. We didn't find it noisy as on the quieter end of the main street. The only downside was the bed - the mattress was pretty lumpy and hard and could have done with being replaced.
