A lovely experience. I loved walking out on the balcony to that amazing view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Not to mention it's right in the middle of everything! I plan on coming back to Iceland several times and I'll be sure to stay here again!

A wonderful hotel - would highly recommend. We stayed in King Deluxe Suite and found it spacious and comfortable. Slept very well with comfy beds, nice linens and blackout curtains. Our section of the hotel was a bit warm sometimes but opening the window helped and the front desk offered a fan. Reception was very helpful - we were able to check in 1 hour early and they loaned us an adapter as well. Breakfast was great - a nice variety of options - fruit, skyr/yogurt, eggs, sausage, potatoes, salmon, pastries, variety of bread, toppings, pancakes, oatmeal and cereal, plus juice, coffee/tea. Location is perfect in the middle of Reykjavík and hotel and amenities were in good condition and just as described. Gym sauna and hot tub were nice to have. I would definitely stay again!

Hotel was perfect. Great location to walk to most places, and convenient to get to bus stop to pick up tours. Lots of shopping and restaurants near. Clean and safe. Able to leave luggage before checking in and after checking out. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Inside the hotel it was very hot. The corridors were very hot. It felt like walking through a furnace. The staff was alright. We could not figure out how to work the coffee machine. Called and requested the staff to come. They said they would send someone, but no one came.

The hotel was a great place to stay overall. The room was a decent size and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The attached restaurant was excellent, and the included breakfast offered a plentiful selection each morning.
The only downside was that our room's windows opened into an enclosed hallway rather than directly outside. Since we visited during the summer, the room became quite stuffy overnight due to the limited ventilation. Aside from that, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

The room was extremely small, barely room to move around, and no place to put more tha a very small suitcase. Didnt buy the breakfast. Others said it wasnt worth the price. The staff tho were very helpful and friendly.

The room was ready when we arrived but they wouldn’t let us in unless we paid an extra fee $36. That is ridiculous & we have never experienced that before although we are seasoned travelers. The room had chipped paint as well as no furniture to put our clothes in. There were no amenities in our room.

The hotel staff was amazing, We got assistance with early check in after red eye and not sleeping with kids. The property is clean, roomy, center location to all necessities.
