Hotel dengan lokasi strategis dan tenang. Dekat dengan Icon Bali Mall kalau dengan Grab atau taksi, harga yang affordable. Kebersihan kamar yang selalu dijaga, bahkan mereka memberikan pelayanan merapikan kamar sebelum kita tidur di malam hari agar tidur lebih nyaman. Layanan yang belum saya temukan di hotel lain. Kids friendly juga karena ada pool untuk anak.

I stayed there with my husband and my 4yo child. I got upgraded to the deluxe room by Pak Darsana when I checked it at 1:30 pm. He assigned me to the first floor, close to the gym and also the pool! What a perfect location! The room was spacious even though it's old but so comfy, I got a long nice sleep and woke up at 6:30 am. The price was affordable for this kind of hotel. The swimming pool was perfect. My child enjoyed the stay so much! The aircon was cold! The hot water worked just perfect! Nothing to complain about. But breakfast selection was limited 😭 overall, 👍🏻! Thank you everyone and definitely would like to come back again!#521

Area-nya oke, minim macet.
Hotelnya pas di area yang banyak toko dan resto, anytime bisa jalan kaki di sekitar hotel dengan nyaman.
Staff-nya ramah dan sangat melayani.
Kamar yang saya ambil, Grand Deluxe, luas banget.
Breakfast bervariasi dan the best of the best adalah kolam renangnya 😁👍

Best hotel worth to buy worth to stay! Sarapannya enak-enak banget tempatnya memang aga pojok dikit tp suasa sanurnya dapet banget! Kebersihanya terjaga banget, staff nya semua helpful dan ramah, edukasi di awalnya bnr2 sesuai di atas standard. Malemnya dapet jeruk gongxi, pas dateng pas banget lagi gongxi jadi ada barongsay! Maya is a very comfortable hotel to stay. The staffs are very friendly & kind. Combining between uniqe architecture, greenery and sea view, the place is incredible. Enjoying breakfast and afternoon tea at rooftop restaurant is my favorite. Free yoga program with many choices of time and its afternoon tea is definitely makes me want to just stay at the hotel. Maya is a hotel where I want to stay, not just to sleep. Thank you to the hospitality of front office, spa staff, yoga teacher and restaurant staff. Keep it even in busy days. One more thing, this hotel is also comfortable for working. A working desk is available in the room and the hotel location is near many good restaurants just in minutes of walk.

Very impressive stay. Though the minifridge in the room was a bit noisy, and the blinds for the bathroom windows operated from the outside (!?) the comfortable bed, awesome huge bathtub and great amenities made for an excellent stay. The breakfast was nice, though it would've been nicer if we knew what can be ordered (not full buffet due to COVID presumably) rather than having to find out by what other guests are getting. The restaurant near the beach is awesome and plenty of pools around to find one to your liking. Location is also great in Sanur near a whole bunch of great restaurants of all nationalities. Definitely recommended for a relaxing holiday.

We got a bedroom that we requested during booking the hotel (large bed, first floor, in front of the swimming pool). It was perfect, there are also two chairs and one table in front of each bedroom, allowing us to sit and enjoy the ambience of the suite. The area was very clean, with friendly staffs. The bedroom was spacious, it fits 3 people as we pay additional charge of IDR100,000 for one extra person per night. The staff asked which menu of breakfast do we want (there were limited options but still fine), and delivered it to our room.
