만다린 오리엔탈, 도쿄

Me and my husband was staying for our babymoon at my 27th week of pregnancy. when we were checking in our Lobby Ambassador Chris escorted us to our room and explained thoroughly of the room features with the amenities and helped us with restaurant reservation on Christmas day. Since my tummy was getting bigger it was hard to sleep and before I asked Chris asked me if I needed a pregnancy pillow. I could sleep soundly during the entire trip. Location was good. Room service and house keeping was prompt. The restaurant had top notch foods. Only downside was the coffee machine in the room, since it was little outdated and went out of order. Overall we were very happy with our stay! Big thanks to Chris! :)

평점이 높아서 기대했으나, 가격대비 직원의 친절도나 방 청소 정도는 별로임. 타월 및 물 제공도엄청 인색함. 예약 시 문의 및 요청 사항에 대한 response도 느릴뿐더러 성의가 하나도 없음

긴자가 가깝고 쇼핑하기 좋았다.

만다린 오리엔탈호텔의 시설은 최고였음.위치도 그렇고 호텔안에서의 동경 스카이 타워를 포함해 최고의 뷰였음. 다만, 그룹이 간것이기에 호텔을 통해 버스 대여를 했는데 별로였음, 그래도 끝까지 서비스는 괜찮았음.

위치는 정말로 좋았습니다 도쿄역에서도 가까웠으며 긴자역까지도 가까운 거리는 아니었지만 걷는걸 좋아하는 저로서는 거리 구경을 하면서 산책하기에 좋았습니다 방도 넓고 깨끗했으며 음식도 만족 했습니다 호텔 직원의 서비스 역시 좋았습니다 한가지 아쉬운점이 있었다면 무료 wifi제공이 안되었다는 점이었습니다 벌써 다시 가고 싶네요

호텔객실은 시설이 훌륭했지만 숙박료가 높으니... 데스크 응대 직원의 질은 숙련보다는 겉의 화려함. wifi도 무료가 아니고, 아침식사도 비용에 비해 그닥.. 총체적으로 흠잡을 데는 없지만 높은 가격에 너그럽지 않은 부대이용료는 감동을 축내는 흠.

The room was absolutely fabulous! Every employee of the hotel went above and beyond the call of duty. Our drinks at the bar were fantastic! We were very impressed with our dinner at Tapas molecular bar. It was an unforgettable experience! We enjoyed meeting and interacting with Chef Kento!

フロントの日本人の眼鏡をかけた男性の対応が 素晴らしかった。 最近はどこの国でもスピーディかつ、クールな 対応のフロントスタッフがほとんどで、これが流行りなのか？と思っていたが、マンダリンオリエンタルのホスピタリティなのか、それとも彼の人間性なのか、確認してみたいと思えるほどのフレンドリーで誠実な対応だった。

This is the hotel of dreams - absolutely stunning views (we could even see Mt Fuji!) and the most unreal service. This was our last stay during our honeymoon and it was so incredibly relaxing and wonderful.

Mandarin Oriental Tokyo delivers genuinely warm, attentive service and has an excellent spa, along with a great central location. The rooms are spacious, which is a definite advantage in Tokyo. However, after staying at the Four Seasons, this property felt somewhat underwhelming. Some rooms and lobby areas are showing their age and would benefit from a refresh, and the mattresses were not as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast was also disappointing—the service was slow, and the buffet was at times poorly replenished. Overall, while the service is kind and the location strong, the hotel no longer fully meets the expectations of a top-tier luxury stay and would benefit from a revamp.

Friendly and helpful staff, superb breakfast. Didn’t manage to get reservation at Pizza on the 38th, but it is ok, we will try next time.

完璧に近いお部屋でしたが、シャワーの調節がやや難しい（面倒）。ブラインドが一部不具合あり。これがー1の⭐️だった。

Poor coordination and unacceptable check-out experience I booked Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo because my first experience with the brand (Barcelona) was excellent. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. The main issue was poor internal coordination—different staff gave conflicting information and I had to follow up repeatedly for simple requests. There was also confusion with my airport taxi: I was quoted one price, but after my luggage was loaded and I was seated in the taxi, I was told a completely different amount. At check-out, we were directed to exit through the back entrance due to an official delegation, and the team attempted to move us to another taxi despite our luggage already being in the original taxi arranged by the hotel. This was extremely frustrating and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. For a hotel at this price point and reputation, this level of service and handling is unacceptable.

The place was immaculate and the service was out standing. The location is also perfect for train travel. Location is connected to the G12 line.

Sehr schönes, praktisches und äußerst gepflegtes Zimmer mit großzügigem Raumgefühl und einer beeindruckenden Aussicht auf den Mt. Fuji. Das Personal ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend und herzlich. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das Spa ist wunderschön gestaltet und die Massage-Therapeutinnen gehören zu den besten, die wir je erlebt haben. Insgesamt eines der besten Hotels, wenn nicht das beste, in dem wir bisher gewesen sind.

房客一塵不染，清潔人員非常細心貼心。服務人員彬彬有禮，隨時注意客人的需求。令人感覺賓至如歸。
